Questions & Answers

Does it get made in a particular place?

While I do not know where it is manufactured, it is distributed by the Canadian government. There is a French and English version of the packaging. This brand has been recommended to me by three Vets.

I don't see any seals on my tubes. Are they supposed to have them? The product on the tube is still effective until the date stated on the tube, even if it's open? How long has it been since then?

It is not possible to seal tubes. This product is good if you don't expect it to last for a long time. We haven't experienced any spoilage after years of continuous use. In particular, I checked a new tube I have not yet started, but bought with a tube I am using right now and I found out that its expiration date is 2023, which is two years away

There is a 4 pound toy poodle in my house. Is it possible to buy smaller tubes of Virbac?

There are no smaller tubes that I have seen.

Do you get a toothbrush with it?

You will not receive a toothbrush with the set. It is necessary to purchase toothbrushes

Dicalcium phosphate is contained in this product
3/5

Diacalcium phosphate is contained in this product. There is evidence that cats are prone to developing kidney stones when it is consumed! The taste of the product is great, but I don't want to feed anything harmful to my cats, so I will no longer buy it.

After my cat needed a cleaning and some extractions, I have used an enzyme toothpaste to brush his teeth daily for about 4 years now
5/5

The vet says his 10 year old mouth looks more like the teeth of a 2 year old cat now that his teeth are no longer coated with plaque and calculus. A daily brushing is not an issue for him since he likes the flavor. The key is to be persistent and firm, but also patient. An effective product does exactly what it is supposed to do.

I love it! My Andy, who was 7 months old at adoption time from the Humane Society Shelter in Racine, WI, went through three different types of food before he now has The best tooth paste for cats that tastes like poultry
5/5

I will notice every night, after supper, that he practically yawns right in front of my face to let me know it's bedtime and time for our teeth to be brushed. I'm sure he will wait a while and then bug me again if I do not respond! If you have a cat, I recommend you get a kid or adult soft toothbrush. The ones designed for cats are not as soft as the ones made for kids and adults. Just in case you don't know, this keeps your cat way healthier, as far as urinary issues are concerned! It is also nice to have nice breath!.

Dogs will love this toothpaste because it keeps teeth clean and prevents slime buildup, as well as neutralizing the smell
5/5

A dog immediately jumps up when she sees the bottle and wants to brush her teeth. is not a fan of the sticky stuff - It has a slimy texture (and possibly a slimy Please be careful of mold however, as I noticed some paste got onto the cap and was moldy after a few days.

Showing that my dog likes to brush doesn't cause it to have bad breath, but this does assist in neutralizing its smell a little bit. Even though I would prefer that her breath smelled mintier, leaving it neutral is also pretty great.

Toothpicks are sticky enough to stick to dogs' teeth, and the dog enjoys the taste
5/5

The best way to fix his bad teeth is to have him under anesthesia for an oral dental surgery, but with a heart murmur he can't. Therefore, my wife got him this dental appliance to help him. Though I have no idea what effect it has, he loves it so much that he asks for it every day! Additionally, he has a sensitive stomach, so he can't eat during the evening.

That's not great at all
3/5

It seems that we bought this for my dog, who has become very, very ill since we bought it. These enzymes ate not just the bad bacteria, but also the good bacteria found in the stomach and intestines, as well. During our Great Dane's time with this product, he had diarrhea on and off for a month and a half. It took us nearly two months to get him back to "normal," and we are still experiencing effects from this product. The recommendation I would not make would be.

I'm eating kitty toothpaste right now
5/5

There is plaque on our cat's teeth all the time - it is a genetic dental condition - It's important for him to have regular dental cleanings at the vet. In contrast, with this toothpaste, he does not have to go as far- Has a delicious taste that he loves- It is highly recommended.

It is not the same
3/5

The picture in this post isn't the same as the picture in the In the description, it states that phosphoric acid may be present. It is this substance that actually contributes to tooth decay. In soda there is an ingredient with this name.
