Dasuquin has been in our nearly 14-year-old puppy's system for over a year. It came highly recommended by our veterinarian. Her mobility has greatly improved as a result of it. She had trouble getting up off the couch and even walking up stairs before she started using this. She's now running around like a puppy after only a few weeks of using it. There's no stopping you from leaping onto the sofa or sprinting up and down the stairs. We're so glad we discovered it. It is something I strongly suggest.
My dog has never been happier (I know the picture doesn't show it because he's sleeping:) )), it's been a month since I've been giving it to him on a daily basis, and it's clear that he's MUCH MUCH better than before. br>After the Vet gave him some real medicine, which made him SICK and worse, he is now a much happier camper at the age of 12. THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR SUPPORT. br>.
Every two weeks or so, my first dog would limp on her right hind leg. She'd be fine in a day or two, but my wife and I were clearly worried. Dasuquin was suggested by our veterinarian, and it completely alleviated her mild dysplasia symptoms. I can't guarantee that it will work for your dog, but it has for us. Not to mention that ordering this item from Amazon is much less expensive than purchasing it directly from the veterinarian. Another useful feature is that the tablets have already been "scored," making it simple to cut them in half.
On Dasuquin, I now have two dogs; a deformed basset hound and a Costa Rican rescue dog who underwent knee reconstruction So, here's my tale: br>br>I was given a three-star rating. Hopps, a four-legged dog who died a few years ago, was one of them. I had him on Dausquin for 5 years but ran out near the end of his life and didn't reorder because I figured it wouldn't make a difference. br>br>Within two weeks, my poor 3-year-old daughter had developed a rash on her face. Walking and running were difficult for the four-legged dog. I re-ordered and re-attached him to it. It takes a few weeks for it to take effect, but once it did, he had another year of brilliant living ahead of him. 'All threes' is back in action. 'br>br>I've been using it since my vet recommended it, and I'm a firm believer. This is an excellent product.
This is ridiculously good! I'm blown away by how quickly it all came together. My Shih tzu couldn't go very far without stopping to sit. He couldn't jump up on the bed or even in the golf cart any longer, but after a week, he was jumping again, and two weeks later, he was walking his half mile without stopping. I was so taken with him that I had to order the human formula for myself.
This is what my older dog used to take before and after she was diagnosed with liver cancer. My younger child is now 14 years old and suffering from leg pain. After x- Despite x-rays and hundreds of dollars spent at the vet and still no explanation, Dasuquin, in combination with Collagen peptides (every other day), MSM (citrate) once a week, and a DMSO tincture before walks, keeps her pain at bay. Her gait was noticeably different before and after she started the Dasuquin. We got the medium-sized pill for her and give her one tablet twice a day despite her weight of about 60 pounds. She enjoys the flavor, as well. Both of my dogs are picky eaters, but they eat the Dasuquin in the end. br>br>As an aside, chondritin isn't as effective for pain relief as glucosamin MSM, so I'm hoping Dasuquin develops a glucosamin MSM supplement instead. That would be incredible! MSM citrate gives her and me the creeps, but it's good for detoxing once a week, so I give her a little bit. I also give her CBD oil, which is a type of cannabis. br>br>Get it for your aging dog; if nothing else, it will aid and supplement your current care routine.
My vet recommended this brand instead of Cosequin for my dog, so I ordered it. Both brands have nearly identical amounts of glucosamine and chondrin. Dasuquin, on the other hand, contains an abstract that has been shown to be more effective in protecting joint cartilage. I'm all for it if it keeps her from needing more costly prescriptions. The packaging on Amazon, on the other hand, could use a serious facelift. It's difficult to open the tear-a-perf plastic shipping bags. I've gotten to the point where I only use scissors.
He couldn't jump as well as he used to because his right hip was stiff. Now he's doing a lot better! Not quite 100% but possibly 2095% and enough that he can still do everything he wishes to and seems very happy.
