Nothing we've tried so far has stopped our dog from licking the tops of her paws until they're nearly raw. While she doesn't like it when it's sprayed on her paws, and I have to keep an eye on her at first to prevent her from licking it off, I've noticed that she'll now leave them alone for a few days at a time, and the skin is no longer raw and seeping. The smell is pleasant; however, I would feel much more confident in using this product if the manufacturer stated explicitly in writing that none of the ingredients used in their products are toxic to pets if they lick them off. If you can give me that assurance, I'll give you five stars.

I have an FIV cat that I rescued off the streets. His ears were infected with mites, and he had a mouth yeast infection. Because he licked his skin, the yeast infection spread to it, and he developed many "hot spots," and despite the absence of fleas, he continued to itch even after the ear mites were removed. br>br>Because he is afraid of the spray, I sprayed it into my hands and lathered him all over his head, ears, neck, and any other hot spots several times a day for about three days. It's been a few months now, and the problems are no longer present, and he's finally outgrowing his undercoat. It's well worth your time and effort. Now he's just a strange, happy cat.

I couldn't get him to stop scratching the open wound on the side of his face that he's had for months! He stopped scratching and licking immediately after using this! Thank you so much for creating this product; I'll keep you updated as time goes on. UPDATE 9 days after starting this, my cat is almost completely cured and only needs his fur to regrow (2nd pic) UPDATE 3 weeks later, Gandalf the kitty is completely healed (last pic).

We finally found a food combination with a supplement that cleared up her hot spots, but she continued to lick her paws, which were red and looked like they were infected with yeast or fungus. I've only sprayed this on her paws a few times so far, but it's already helping to clear them up and reduce redness. She's also abandoning them. I was unaffected by the odor. This appears to be a fantastic product; the top photo shows the product before use, and the bottom photo shows the product after a few uses.

My dog's paws are extremely sensitive and susceptible to bacterial infections. For us, yeast is a major issue. This spray is something I've been using for a while. It aids in the healing of the paws, but it isn't a particularly effective protector or moisturizer. They're used in conjunction with PetSupply's Paw Shield.
