Questions & Answers

It arrived as a leave-on conditioner instead of the product I ordered. Do they have the same meaning?

There is no difference between the two. About two years ago, I discovered the shampoo and conditioner and have been using them for quite a while. With the shampoo, we use it normally, and with the conditioner, we use A small spray bottle is filled with conditioner and warm water, and it is shaken well. The following is how we do things and it always works. 4) blow-dry them 1) shampoo them, 2) towel dry them, 3) spray them with conditioner, and massage it in. I'd like to add that we also use the conditioner between bath times to freshen and moisturize.

Would you please provide us with a list of all of the ?

As Penny mentioned in her answer 4 years ago, the formula has changed. It was previously called Conditioning Rinse and contained the ingredients she listed. It's unfortunate that it now has many additional ingredients and is referred to as Leave-On Conditioner, but I loved the formula then. It was also designed to be left on when the old formula was used. Inquiries have been made to the manufacturer, and a call has been returned. It no longer works as well as it used to. I used the products on my dog and his coat became dull and dry. The old formula used by her was intended to ensure that her coat was always smooth and shiny.

Do you have any experience with cats with this?

He used it on his cat, and I know someone else who did the same. The problem has been solved. The only product I have found that works and gets results in an hour is this one that I use on my dog.

There will be no better way to thank your dog than with this. Since both shampoo and conditioner were purchased at the same time, I am using this review for both products since they were purchased at the same time. I tried this because I have been using the zymox ear solution for my lab mix for about a year now with wonderful There is a black lab mix that I own that has some pretty severe skin issues. Your vet may not always be the best option for allergies or ear infections if you have a lab. The problem would become worse not only because you would have to go every month (and spend a freakin' fortune), but ultimately the antibiotics would stop working therefore worsening the situation. I switched to grain-free food for my dog two years ago. The medication has helped a bit but it didn't solve his skin problems completely.

We now know that he's allergic to pollen and grass. Fleas are also a problem. My problem with flea meds is that I can continue to use them until I can't anymore. Fall is the hardest season. He goes outside and gets bitten by fleas while using flea medicine and begins to itch and chew on things. He will eventually have open wounds all over his body, at which point I will not be comfortable applying chemicals to Consequently, I avoid putting any chemicals in his body so as not to get into his bloodstream. It's only possible for me to put a cone on him in order to keep him from chewing. When it comes to the external application of cortisone cream, I also use And he takes Claritin all year round, as advised by the veterinarian. I have amazing results with their ear solution so I thought it would be worth a shot. As part of his bathing on the 21st, I used the shampoo to wash him and dried him with a towel. In accordance with the directions on the bottle, I applied the conditioner as a lotion. It was so hard to tell what kind of hair he had because bald patches scabbed over. There were bald spots on the belly, and the skin was The corners of his ears and the back of his butt, even the corners of It must have been so miserable for him. Almost sounded as if he had a word of thanks for me while I was applying the lotion. The gesture was so heartwarming that it broke my heart. I applied it as thoroughly as I could into the inflamed areas. In addition to the conditioner, I rubbed more conditioner into his bad spots on the 22nd. There was a great deal of scab shedding. The application was disgusting, but his face looked so relieved as I applied The itching and chewing was still going on that day, but it had decreased a little bit. My optimism was bolstered by the news that this might actually Yesterday, the 23rd, I just finished applying more conditioner to the spots where a lot of conditioner had already been applied. It took me a while to get to his belly because he lay on his side. It seemed like he was running around with his tail wagging the entire time. I'm pretty sure he knows that this is helping him. There is a good deal less redness now. It seems he no longer chews and scratches as much. There were fewer scabs falling off this time as well. As fast as this worked, I wasn't expecting it. Before I started expecting results, I was going to give it at least two full weeks. It just blows me away. My heart is really in it. If you would like to try this, please do so. There will be no better way to thank your dog than with this. As far as I am concerned, I will continue to buy Zymox. It would be great if my dog could have a product for whatever ill he is suffering from. That I won't do it is my hope. It doesn't take much for me to expect its effectiveness. All 3 products I have used have literally changed my life. And my dog's quality of life has improved since I have used them. It's really been a pleasure working with them. Yes, that's as sappy as they come. As you are reading this, chances are you know the sorrow of having an unhappy dog who looks to you for guidance. For me, it is a great pleasure to be able to help him.

Skin that has been damaged by the sun or other factors is extremely effective at healing
5/5

Our cat with allergic dermatitis used this in conjunction with the enzyme shampoo. Despite the fact that her skin was raw and hairless, we were able to heal it. The Rinse was applied after she had used the shampoo, dried with the air, and was then washed again with the shampoo. A total of four weeks were spent treating the patient. Her sores were applied to with the Rinse 2 to 3 times a day for the first week and gently rubbed. Our application process began three weeks ago and will continue over the next three weeks. We did not shampoo her again during the full treatment and continued to use only the Rinse on her I would recommend this product to anyone with short hair cats. The Rinse dries soft and does not mat my cat's hair. Over the next week, her skin began to heal rapidly, and within the first two days, the patches began to heal over and form a smooth, shiny skin cover (not crusty scabs) that was supple and smooth. The Rinse was not chewed or scratched at the site of direct application, and she had no adverse effects or allergic reactions. The full growth of her hair and full healing of her wound were completed by the end of the fourth week. Upon application, the Rinse will have a fresh clean scent that will linger on both your animal and your hands for a long time. In spite of my decision to use gloves after the first day, I would still recommend using them It wasn't cloying for my very sensitive nose, but the smell was a bit overwhelming for me. Scent-wise, it is similar to what groomers use as 'perfume' to finish their work. As a maintenance treatment, we frequently use just the Rinse to address hot spots and it has been effective at providing quick relief from the itching and promoting healing before the irritations progress into My experience with the Rinse so far has been very positive I will continue to use it and recommend it very.

When used with the shampoo, it works incredibly well! Everything seems to be going well so far

In order to do this, let me give you some background information on my dog since that's what I was looking for when A 6-member team is in place Despite her young age, she is an exceptional pit bull mix. From around the time she was one year old, she began having skin issues, ranging from redness to itching to hair loss. We'll get to the bottom of it. She received several thousands (yes, thousands) of dollars in veterinary care, including visits to a veterinarian dermatologist. She was even treated with sulfur (which no dog wants to endure) in addition to your standard steroid therapy. )She had been on a raw diet, using holistic remedies such as coconut oil, ACV, etc. When I say we tried everything, I mean everything that was available at that time. Among her primary skin issues was a bacterial yeast overgrowth on her body, and she had seasonal allergies at the same time. Initially, our former vet had wanted to put her on Atopica, but we elected not to do so after reading the pharmacology results. I am in the middle of it. While Apoquel does "solve" or "treat" the dog's issue, it does not "solve" or "treat" the problem. The body can only respond to it in a more relaxed state. Zymox shampoo has been the only shampoo I have tried after bathing her with other brands. Having read some reviews, I made the decision to buy both shampoo and enzymatic rinse conditioner for her ears, knowing how effective Zymox is for her. As we bathed her with Zymox, I applied the enzymatic rinse on her for the first time (sort of like a cream rinse for humans) and then The reason I was skeptical is that in the past there were leave-on conditioners and "protectants" that left a film that quickly dried and flaked. Her itching also decreased. We chose to take baths one day, and after rubbing in some of the enzymatic conditioning rinse (which can be used as a rinse, diluted into Upon completion of this, we will begin to add digestive enzymes and probiotics to her grains. I would start with free, low starch kibble and work my way up. Nevertheless, if you are looking for immediate relief for your dog who is itchy, consider these two ingredients A treatment such as this is not available. In order to alleviate the symptoms, this is all that is needed. must consult a veterinarian for a diagnosis) so this is all you need to know. With this change, we keep a spray bottle of conditioning rinse and use the rinse "straight from the bottle" for tough situations.
