Yes, I believe it will be a great success. I've had poodles of all sizes over the years, and my current pet is a miniature (12 pound) poodle. ), as well as a 16-pound Bichon Frisée. I've never had a better brush. It's particularly effective on my Bichon, who has a double coat that Matt can easily remove.

I bought it on September 9th, and it broke like no other brush I've ever owned on October 19th. On the 9th of October, the "return window" closed. I only have one dog, which I groom once a week. This wasn't supposed to happen:.
For the past 14 years, I've been using a basic pet store slicker on my standard poodle. It won't need to be replaced ever again. I now have two standard poodles, and I decided to invest in a good slicker brush to help with the time-consuming task. I read that 'better' slickers were gentler on the dog's coat and didn't pull on the hair, so I purchased this pricey slicker. It had arrived. I began brushing my dogs with high expectations. I noticed no difference in brushing time or effort, and there was no difference in the end result. I've had this slicker for about 6 months and it has officially fallen apart, i. e. The entire section that holds the pins is detaching around the base's perimeter, rendering it useless! I'll start the refund process as soon as I click "submit" on this review. I'm sorry for only giving one star, but there's no way to give a negative rating! NOTE: I don't write reviews very often. But I feel compelled to do so because this product is so bad. I'm particularly irritated because the astronomically high price indicates a high-quality product.
I noticed another reviewer who had the same issue, but I assumed it was a one-off occurrence. After all, with such positive feedback and such a high price tag, a simple thing like a brush handle would seem to be something the company would pay attention to. The brush itself, I believe, would be incredible if it came with a handle. Given the short length of the screws that go into the handle, I imagine this occurs frequently. I chose one of these "amazing" brushes because my dog's coat is thick. Bummer. Let's hope that gorilla glue and liquid nails deliver on their promises.
It easily softens my golden doodle, and it's a great brush. However, after a week and two uses, the handle has come loose from the head, and there is no way to reattach it. Unless I use epoxy (no visible screw to tighten), I won't be able to secure it. I really want to like this brush, but the craftsmanship of this product is very disappointing for the price.
I could never justify spending that much money on a brush. But I did it, and I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. My poodle has never appeared in such a good light. This brush gets down to her undercoat to detangle her hair, which is at least an inch long. She becomes incredibly fluffy and soft as a result of this. She has a blown-out appearance as a result. I'm speechless when it comes to how much I adore this brush! I included a comparison photo of the before and after. The difference between these photos isn't huge, but I brushed her for less than 5 minutes and didn't do anything to her head. Most of the time, I'd have to brush for at least 10 minutes to get that much fluff. 15min!.
I purchased this brush in January and am dissatisfied with it. These have received a lot of positive feedback. The bristles of my brush are forming an M shape due to buckling in the middle. I'm not a heavy-handed groomer, but I believe a brush that costs that much should last a long time. Les Pooche brushes that are more than ten years old still look and work great.
My golden doodle, who is two years old, sheds more than you can imagine. A breeder recommended this brush, but I didn't want to spend that much money on a brush, so I tried a few others first. I've finally taken the plunge and won't be looking back. My guy has always hated being brushed, but with his curly hair, if I don't brush him a couple of times a week, he'll get matted up in no time. He'd act irritated by other brushes, and the bristles wouldn't get deep enough into his coat to give him a thorough brushing of his undercoat. He lay there for 30 minutes with this brush and didn't seem to mind. Plus, it does a better job than the other three brushes I've tried put together, and it took a lot less effort to get his tangles out. THIS IS YOUR SIGN if you're on the fence! (This photo was taken after he had brushed 1/4 of his body. ) 😳).
This brush is the best brush I've ever owned, and I've been grooming professionally for ten years. In a single day, it paid for itself. I can finish double coats, poodle and doodle coats, schnauzer skirts, and other poodle and doodle coats in a fraction of the time it used to take me. As a result, I'll be able to groom more dogs per day and earn more money. I also save a greater number of coats than I would normally. Everyone should read it, in my opinion. Even if it's just your own dog, you should brush it. I use it on almost all of the dogs I work with on a daily basis. Now is the time for me to get all of Chris Christensen's brushes.
