Having double-checked that I had told you correctly, I went and looked on the bottle. Fleas, ticks, lice, and flea eggs can all be killed by this product, according to its label. Flea eggs can't be killed by too many of the products on the market. It is the best shampoo I have ever used, and I don't want to sound like an ad for this company. My dog training business, volunteering at several animal shelters, and having six dogs of my own make me a dog lover. There is nothing better than how my dogs smell after using this, or the way they feel after using it. After using this, their fur is very soft. I have been using this shampoo for a long time- my dog is a small one so I don't use too much at a time- it's great!
We have used this shampoo on our dogs for more than 15 years and I have never worn gloves while doing so. After washing my hands, I did, however, ensure that they were clean. Though if your skin is super sensitive, perhaps wearing gloves is a better idea. I hope this helps answer

If your cat is elderly or infirm, please do not use this product. There are alternative materials that can be used in this product that are less problematic for certain cats who are sensitive to one of the materials in the product, pyrethrin. It would be nice to give 0 or a negative star rating. The stuff I used to spray my dog killed him. It took only one time for my dog to die after using this one time. He was healthy before this happened. After using it for the first time, he began to look weak and unwell. He then refused to eat the next day, then he died. The problems I had with my dog before purchasing this product were completely unrelated. SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BUY IT. I found out that this product had been recalled after doing some research.
