The collars are always removed from my dogs when I bathe them.
As a result of the collar giving my dogs a skin rash around their necks after two weeks, I can't tell for sure how long I should keep it on. During this time, their skin was extremely dry and they lost a lot of hair. Having used this collar in the past, I would not recommend it to others.
I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me. I suggest monitoring both dogs for a few days after the collars are applied. Make sure they are not chewing on each other's collars. Thank you for considering PetIQ, Kind Regards

was easy to apply, and with a few days we saw a difference. Our first step was to bathe the dogs to make sure they were as flea-free Despite being soft and pliable, the collars don't bother the dogs, and there are no sharp edges in any part of the collar. A similar material is used for the latches as well. My dog has accidentally pulled himself out of the collar by scratching himself twice, but the collar did not I just put it back on after it had become undone. A brief update It was the bath, not the collars, that helped them. Since they have been scratching and whining just as much as they are wearing them, I am not even sure they are wearing them. This was an expensive loss because the dog kept scratching so much that the collar was shredded and there wasn't enough to reattach it. We have four dogs, so this cost us a lot of money.
When I put them on two days later they began to act Upon closer inspection, there are two very noticeable rap marks on their necks made by their collars. As a result, I removed them. This was so unbearable I never thought the collars would be so uncomfortable.
There is no way for you to get rid of ticks this thing does not work i even waited 3 weeks as instructed and it still did not work my dog still had so many ticks on him this is a scam don't waste your time or.
My advice would be to avoid this at all costs. After 3 days with this on my dog, she became uncomfortable and started After checking her over, I noticed that the area around her neck was really sensitive. I sure enough had a rash that was beginning to get worse. I have some salve on her neck to help heal it. From now on, I will only write about topics that interest me.
My dog has fleas every day after wearing it for two days. Because flea season is already bad and they did not carry the recommended brand, I purchased this rubber, flimsy collar for my dog. It is difficult to put on and is not very flexible. Immediately after I put the bed down, my dog started rubbing her face on it. I am not sure how effective it will be and how long it will last. I came home from work on May 26 with my dog.
My dog developed a rash under its neck even after I removed the collar and let it heal for a week. As a result, I had more space than recommended between the collar and dog, however short hair dogs do not have longer fur to offer additional protection. Just the odor alone is irritating, and the collar stinks. Due to the fact that I used it for 10 days then removed it, I am unable to determine whether it is effective.
They are two little Yorkies and I bought them this collar. After 30 minutes my dogs were scratching and digging as they ran down the line to get the collar off it was driving them crazy. They were allergic to it and were screaming for it off I left it on most of the day then had to remove it during the evening and returned it.
I had to feed it through before I could attach the material to the neck. The material is very soft and thick where it feeds through and makes the collar The end was so long I had to get tweezers to hold it and pull it through with. Fitting him with the collar for the right size was a bit difficult compared to other collars. Now that its on him, it will be interesting to see how it goes. According to the sign, 6 months are left.
