There's no doubt that it works. This extra layer of protection has been very helpful. In order to die off with the rest of the flea treatments (oral, Frontline, ) the fleas must bite the dog in order to inject the medicine into them. The advantage pill is a great addition to my dog's advantage regimen, as he is allergic to fleas so he rips himself apart once bitten.
