This was my first time ordering from them, but I was pleased with their tin and the speedy delivery. The cons are I had to tighten the collar every day as it seemed to loosen over time. Although it was a great deal, there was no work to be done. It seemed to be surrounded by fleas. Most have a strong odor, but this does not. I also like that it clips onto my belt. There is a tendency for most to only push through one time. A third holder is needed to hold this. It just doesn't seem realistic to me that my dog would roll around and get her collar off. She usually gets collars off when she is rolled around. You're the best!.

received this collar as it is an 8 month collar and I have cats who need collars for them to wear. The product has never been purchased before, and it's still not flea season, so I am unsure how well it will work but I have used others in the past and they have been effective.

In the past several days we've given our cats baths twice (using liquid dish soap that actually works).
