I recommend that you do not purchase this product! After using these flea collars for a month, three of my cats died. The company should have to pay and it's not right for them to shield themselves from liability when their products contain blatant lies. This needs to be taken off the shelves immediately. The last kitty I have is hanging on by a thread after I lost three kittens. My only survivor has removed the "death collar" and I am hoping he will be okay, but it is probably too late after he wore it for a few Both animals were my son's and mine as therapy pets. And now we have even more PTSD, a broken heart, and even more grief.
This was my first time ordering from them, but I was pleased with their tin and the speedy delivery. The cons are I had to tighten the collar every day as it seemed to loosen over time. Although it was a great deal, there was no work to be done. It seemed to be surrounded by fleas. In addition, the collars did not have a powder residue or smell like others do or a black licorice smell, like most other collars If I didn't have topical ointment and shampoo on hand, I probably would have had an infestation to deal with. My favorite thing about natural products is that they are organic. There aren't many flea-control products that are both effective and safe for pets, which is a shame.
Having spent money on this one has been a waste. The first thing you need to know is I was surprised to see that it was made in China! My purchase would have been completely different if I knew. There is a lot of fur around his neck, as he is a big lab. It does not have a pleasant odor. There is no natural scent to it, in my opinion. The trash can holds it! This one is a complete fraud, and you must not trust it.
All in all, this was a waste of money I earned hard. For starters, they aren't very effective at staying on. As with belts with the notch where you slide until it catches, these are made similar to that. As a result, I like the way they are made, but after a few days of use, they begin to stretch out and become There are notches on the collar that do not hold securely, so it will regularly fall Second, they do nothing to get rid of I had the collar on my pet for a solid week, and every time she went outside, she would come back scratching like crazy. Fleas would crawl on her coat like they were strolling on the beach, when I would comb through her coat. That's right, bro. With the collar on, I still had to spray flea spray on her, so what is the point of it? In the tin there were two, so I tried them both after no luck with just one, and they did not BUY THESE! DO NOT BUY THEM! It would be helpful if you did not. It's not going to work out well for you. As far as I know, I wasn't.
Most have a strong odor, but this does not. I also like that it clips onto my belt. There is a tendency for most to only push through one time. A third holder is needed to hold this. It just doesn't seem realistic to me that my dog would roll around and get her collar off. She usually gets collars off when she is rolled around. You're the best!.
received this collar as it is an 8 month collar and I have cats who need collars for them to wear. The product has never been purchased before, and it's still not flea season, so I am unsure how well it will work but I have used others in the past and they have been effective.
It looks like they last 8 months under normal conditions, but I don't think they do. Since my dog has not been exposed continuously to the aforementioned chemicals, he has begun scratching more frequently after six weeks. In addition, the older collar was taken off and the second collar was placed, and he's not scratching quite as.
In the past several days we've given our cats baths twice (using liquid dish soap that actually works). It's likely that fleas and flea dirt were removed from the baths rather than the Both of the cats have just had their collars removed because almost all of the fleas that I removed from them today (with a flea comb) were underneath the collars. Outside of liquid dish detergent, you have to have the stuff prescribed by a vet if you want the stuff to work. You should know by now that these collars are cheap for a reason.
