It seems that the doorbells have just enough bells on it my opinion is that it's just the right amount. An adjustment can be made to the door knob. For the height of my door, the bells were just right in length. It was nice to hear the bells ring loudly, since I could now hear my dog wanting to go out when I heard the bell When she wants to play or do things, it is up to her. The doorbells rope is not chewed or played with by my dog girl, she just uses it as it is supposed to be used. It only takes one ring of the bell for our pup to know when he needs to go outside. Adding it to his life has really saved him! We only trained him for about a day.

We are still working on teaching our new little rescue dog how to use it, but I am sure he will figure it out! As opposed to attaching it to the door handle, I hung it beside the door, so that it would not ring every time I opened the door.

It is durable, loud, and easy to attach, as it says in the description. There is only one thing wrong with my pup she's afraid of them, but we're working on training her to be able to approach them. I think it's definitely worth the price!.

Originally I had a strand of Indian brass bells on the door for my dogs that I was going to replace with this. I replaced an old one that snapped after years of use with this one which appears to be more durable. As I mentioned earlier, I had to remove the bells in order to fit it through the sliding glass door handle, but it was a very simple process. I see the only disadvantage as that the bells are much louder than my old ones, but we'll get used to it in time.

They work, but they are difficult to install

However, they are well worth the effort! It's been almost two months since I bought these bells, and it's taken my puppy quite some time to get used to In the past few days, she has been ringing the bell each time she wants to go outside. This is causing me to have to teach her not to ring them unless she needs to go She just wants to go outside and play all the time so she rings it constantly. Consistency and commitment are a must, but the results do pay off! It seems they've even survived being slammed in the door once or twice. There are a few dents on them, but they still work.

Although the product was fine in terms of quality, not all dogs will be able to use it as intended. It took our puppy no time to figure out that ringing the bells meant going outside, which means that business is optional for her.
