Overall, it appears to be a good purchase. Although the bottom Bells are almost touching the floor, the length of the dress is quite long. It has a snap for adjusting it, but that makes it longer, so that doesn't really help in my case. There's a reason for the long door handle I'm not sure why my door handle is so tall.

This is a good product for my Dad's walker who is 96 years old so I can hear his speech. By putting them on each side loosely, I'll be able to tell if he moves or not. As he gets confused at times, I have to stay aware of what he is doing at all times. bells are large and not particularly loud, but I can hear him move his walker when he rings the bells. If a dog was batting at them, this would create more movement and create more noise. It would also be nice if they made noise when Dad fell at night, so I could hear the walker falling when he stumbled. The strips are made from durable cloth/nylon tape, so they are likely to last a while.

As smart American Eskimo pups, our ten week old puppies were a bit apprehensive at first however, we were desperate to toilet train them, so we rung the bells every time we took them outside.
