I'm not sure how to describe this product. Before it tore, I owned this leash for just 3 weeks. My 16 lb dog weighs more than 110 lbs! (See photos) As shown in the photos, the leash is rated for 110 lb dogs. The only thing I wish is that I noticed it at the right time, so that it didn't break in an unsafe place. I found this product to be pathetic and could not use it for a One of my retractable lead made it for a whole year before it tore. My only complaint is that the locking mechanism doesn't seem smooth or easy to use as it does on other leashes I've What a great product! I am amazed at how many positive reviews it has. Your pet is in danger with a leash that is this fragile! Don't forget to be.

Generally what happens is that the retractable leash jams somehow and breaks, just as it has all the others. There were many reasons I bought this one, the most obvious one being that it was a best seller. It appears some reviews indicated that the collapsible dish was not included in the package. Let me reassure you that not only is this leash 5 stars, but so is the seller as well. Before I even received the leash and the accessories that came with it, I received an email from the seller I was told that if by any chance I do not receive the collapsible dish that I should contact her and she would have it shipped. A retractable leash costs less than any I have ever bought, and the dispenser for dog poop bags that came with it along with a roll of bags is just as good. This collapsible dish did come with the leash, so we had no problem with that. It is a very nice leash and I know you will be satisfied with it too!.

(But it has a great customer service team). In my opinion, customer service has been dead for quite some time. The company would have taken care of it sooner if I had contacted them before leaving this review. Now I'm eating my crow, as I now realize I should have contacted them first. Although I feel the same way about the product as I did before, immediately after posting my review, I received a thoughtful, personalized email from the company, offering me a refund for the product. It is evident that customers come first for this company, and that they care about their clients and products. It is for that reason alone that I strongly encourage support for It is a fact that I will be ordering from them in the future, even though this product does not suit me. In my original review, I stated that the quality is good, but the lock was backwards from every other leash I've ever owned I can't get used to it at all. Aside from being oversized and clunky, the leash is also thick and bulky. My return was too long in coming, but I will try to do my best in the future If I had to return it, I would ask to get.

The second one I have bought so far from this company The compliments I have received were all very nice. The locking mechanism for the leash is my favorite feature. I love how easy it is to use and how well it is The collapsible bowl and the poop holder are also features I appreciate. I've had problems with other retractable leashes during the locking mechanism part. In addition to being well made, they look good as well. For everything that you get, I believe this is an excellent deal. There's no cheap feel to any of it. As is evident by their packaging, which is so well done and cute, it seems as though this product has been made with care and attention to detail. The pictures are included to illustrate this point. It seems to me that this company takes pride in their product and puts a lot of effort This is the kind of company I love to support. I am pleased to say that the Leash arrived in perfect condition and within a timely manner. My first experience with a tape retractable leash is less than stellar, but as I disliked the cord retractable that penetrated every nook and cranny (including the headlight in my parking lot) I decided it'd be worth a shot! This leash is only a few days old and I have only started using it with my 12-year-old. The Chiweenie pack consists of 5 energetic dogs, and everything so far is going well. Although the one press control can be a little challenging with no prior experience, I'm sure that will diminish with time. There doesn't seem to be any fraying with the tape my dog isn't a chewer, but he is very skilled at wrapping around trees, etc. The tape is very hardy and has not frayed at all. I think the bowl is a good addition, as it has been very well used. A side note the bowl needs to be attached to the poop bag holder since the clip does not It is of excellent quality, with a rubbery touch that provides grip and is large enough to accommodate the hand of any size.

I used this leash several times each day to control my 40-pound German Shepherd. In just one month, the leash tore, and it could not be returned! According to the packaging, it was suitable for 110 pounds of dog, but my 40-pound puppy tore through it in one run. Buy a new leash instead of spending your money on this one!.

The product is bad. We will see how a replacement goes. Only 2 months after I bought it, the "heavy duty" leash that claims to control "dogs up to 110 lbs" snapped at the clip and sent my 75 pound The lock button wasn't even pushed hard. He just hit the button as he walked and it snagged. I hate spending money this way. This is not a good buy. When advertisements claim that it is "durable", "daily use", "will not snap like other leashes", I should get a refund or at the very least EDITOR'S NOTE **Bumping to a 2 star rating. A replacement will be sent from the company as soon as they can. I have not yet received it. Despite all the pain, this still bothers me. Should the new one be as good as the old one, it might be bumped up again. EDITOR'S NOTE It's time for a one-star rating again. In the very first use of the replacement, the unit also broke on the exact same basis. There's garbage everywhere.

When this one wears out in the future, I will purchase another. This is amazing! Considering that this leash is rated for much bigger dogs, we have a small pug. It is true that pugs are stubborn! Three retractable leashes (brand names like Kong) that we bought from our local pet store have broken, and I'm Kicking myself for not checking online first! The lock is high quality, you can feel it the first time you press it in, and it truly feels It is operated via a sliding mechanism that needs to be pushed to unlock There's even something solid about that. Every time during retraction, the leash manages to untangle the tape! Prior to this, the leash would become tangled and the unit would become stuck and inoperable.
