A first glance at the tag reveals it's There was a warning sign that should have been there. My discovery occurred when I unrolled the leash that some of the ribbon with the UNC emblem had not been attached. When it was inspected closely, there was what appeared to be a small pink pen mark on one of the pages. In general, I was not impressed with the workmanship, especially since it was made in America.
