It's no secret that camping people have resourcefulness and I am confident you would be able to accomplish Let's just tie the ends of the ties to trees instead of using screw hooks.

If you install the cable clamps on one end, there will be a slight extra cable, so pull it out and tie it to a tree branch.
it's more efficient to use it attached to two trees, because the coils can do their job more efficiently that way. I really like how this works

Our hound loves to hunt, so we have a hound. Dogs do not listen to us when they are hunting. so that our dog could go camping with us. A huge tree grew between two of these, so we put it between the trees. The ends were not tied around the trees as described in the instructions we wrapped them around and used the clamps as specified. We found it a positive experience, portable and did not cause any harm The ease of browsing the camp site while still being in compliance with the rules was very appealing to her. A bit later, she tried chasing a ground squirrel, but the trolley stopped her very quickly (it was the only time she attempted it). A pound and a half is her weight. Although she is not aggressive, she had no intention of pulling free from the trolley or leash. I would definitely recommend this stroller for loading and unloading camp sites. It was very comfortable for her to ride while we were loading and unloading the camp site.
This is going back to you After using for the first time, it turns out to be defective. I'm confident that it is sturdy enough to accommodate my 85lb lab/pit mutt, but the red coating on the cables bunched up, making it impossible for him to use the trolley part, which defeats the purpose of buying it in the first place.
Getting started took me less than 15 minutes, and installing it took less than 10 minutes. In reality, all you really need is a ladder or step stool, an adjustable wrench, and some To my personal mind, there was no need to cut the extra wires It is as simple as wrapping it back around the line (or the tree or the post or anything else) before tightening In spite of the fact that the lead/runner line is only 10ft, I found it possible to loop it through my dog's retractable leash (which I clipped back to the pulley so it wouldn't drag on the grass) and then This retractable runner allows you to move freely! In that way, I was able to use it with 3 dogs (7lbs, 15lbs, and 35lbs) at the same time. There was only one time when they got stuck (despite the swivel ring on the pulley) and that I have a 7lb Pomeranian who has no issues running around with the runner clip attached to his harness.
It's for bigger dogs, but as of yet, my dog has had no issue with it. It's also possible to get tangled with a thinner 12ft lead (bought from Walmart), but I've found that it's easier for him to tangle in that. It is, in fact, much better for me to use the loop + retractable leash combo mentioned It keeps all the extra weight off of him while we're out in the yard, and there is no risk of his legs getting tangled. There is a 60 lb. dog in my house. You are supposed to start from the beginning. In the end, we ended up buying the one intended for handling 125 pounds. This dog is. As we were outside playing with her for the third time for this lead (we NEVER let her stay outside by herself with this lead), the clasp broke away from the base holding it to the lead, which allowed her to escape. I am glad she did not realize this, and she sat there waiting for me to toss the ball for her again just in case she got the If you are going to put heavy duty materials in it, then I strongly recommend you go to your local hardware store, unless you have a 20 lb dog that does not put much pressure on it. The extra cost was a bit higher, but my peace of mind knowing my dog will not get loose is worth so much.
It pulled apart at connection after putting on my 60-pound German Shepherd in less than a minute. There was no jerking of the dog's limbs, but it walked in As much as I was concerned something like this might happen if she chased a squirrel, it never happened when she simply walked to a full extension and put slight tension on the limb. My hope was that it was just a fault with the Manufacturing process, but company voice mail states that it's full, so I haven't heard back. E-mails sent to the company bounce.
In the first three weeks of installation, the clip developed rust inside on the sliding components. The concept is excellent, and I like the quality of all the components except for the clip. Being forced to handle the dog and fiddle with the rusty slide mechanism is a pain.
Please re-phrase This is a review It took my 65 pound Aussie cattle dog a couple weeks to tear this thing apart, and she was only on it about twice a week for a couple hours at a time. She bent the eye-ball from the force. Buyer beware this is not a setup designed for dogs up to 50 pounds as it chewed through the bolts and the tether twice. The Original Review was written as follows It's a decent set up at a reasonable price. You can keep it dry if you keep it away from water. Despite only having the line up a week, the exposed metal is already beginning to rust. We don't live in a coastal area. It hasn't rained much either. I've had plenty of other metals exposed to the elements for years without rusting. What the heck is going on? Please be sure to ceracoat or regularly oil the exposed metal if you buy this. So far, this product has succeeded in doing what it's meant to do.
The parts don't show any signs of damage or rust. Despite the state of the bearings, they still roll smoothly. Because we have a very long backyard, we didn't have place to install an entire swing, but we used an old wood frame as a backup, and now it is great that way because we can move it all around the yard! seems content and it is great that this is an option since I have young children and it isn't always convenient to walk the dog.
