The product is very nice, and it has proven to be useful while out in public. *I have a large Great Dane who is still a puppy and learning new things. Many people mistakenly believe that because he is so large, he is an adult who should know how to behave, and are therefore terrified of him when he turns quickly or jumps. The "in training" patch informs people that he is still learning to behave, and that they must request to interact with him. br>br>THE BIGGEST PROBLEM I HAD WAS THAT IT ALSO COME WITH AN EMOTION SUPPORT ANIMAL PATCH. For those who are unaware, an ESA does not require a patch or vest. They are not service animals, and you are not permitted to bring them with you wherever you go. Pretending that a pet is an ESA is illegal.

I use them for my dog because he's going through a fear phase and we're about to start working with a behavioralist to help him with his reactivity, and it helps people understand that he's not a dog they can just approach and pet. My only complaint is that I ordered these patches in the same size as my Nervous Dog patches, and they are not true to size; I'm not sure what the measurements were, but they're supposed to be the same size, and these ones are definitely not. I took a star off because they aren't the right size, but in the end, it doesn't matter because they work and do the job. It also appears to be more distinct between the two patches, which doesn't bother me as much as it does Karen.

Update: The owner contacted me and is sending me a new pair of shoes without replying. I needed the patches and had great customer service. br>br> Not embroidered, just in case you were wondering. On the Velcro, the stitching is completely off. One patch has velcro that stops short of the end, indicating that it will most likely fall apart, and I will most likely return it.

I didn't check to see how big the patches were before ordering, so I was taken aback when they arrived. These patches arrived with my service dog vest in the same order. My service dog in training is a four-month-old black lab, and the service dog in training patches were much larger than the service dog patches that came with the vest, so I simply added a little velcro to each side of the vest to keep the patches in place. I like that the patches are so big because he's still such a puppy. People can't help but notice that he's in training, so they're polite when they ask to pet him.

My 12 pound dog required a small. I did my best to measure everything, but the lower belly area, which connects to the neck and chest, was far too long. However, I liked how well it fit around the neck, legs, and back of the velcro SERVICE DOG I bought from another vendor. When I get paid again, I'll add a few more because there are a few more spots available. The issue is the bottom area, which I need to fold about 3 inches and sew by hand so it fits him perfectly; I could just cut about 3 inches and sew it together, but I'm thinking it would be better if I used a curved needle that can hold a strong thread. I also had to remove some of the locking snap components from the back (or was it the front?). ) It was ineffective, but the velcro connections were adequate, and the locking straplocks were excessively large. Overall, I think this will work out well, and hopefully the library will stop asking, "Is this a service dog, and what kind of services does he provide?" I live in my van, and he has saved my life by preventing me from committing suicide, and that is how he serves me. Is it necessary for me to be blind or paralyzed in order for my dog to be considered a service dog? NO!.

I work with dogs from animal shelters, many of whom have been abused. I can help the dog adjust to a more loving world by wearing "Do Not Pet" patches. It's fantastic to be able to change out patches. "Adopt Me" patches are also on my body. The choice of patches should be as varied as possible. I'd like a patch for my dogs that says "Adopted" and has a few smiley dog faces on it.
