Yes. There are two tethers that can be adjusted to fit around the pet's harness. On the left, there's one, and on the right, there's another. You can secure your dog by hooking two small dogs together or by using both. Both are things I use.
12" x 22" is a rough estimate. There is plenty of room for my 15-pound dog. It's perfect for him.
Yes, there are adjustable straps to clip onto your dog's harness on each side of the basket on the inside. This keeps them in the middle and prevents them from jumping out. It can be used for two dogs if it is made shorter.
It's big enough for my adult dachshund to sleep comfortably in.

We took this bad boy for a walk, and my pomeranian absolutely adores it! We don't have to worry about him getting too tired now that he's allowed to go to the park. br>br>I'm 5'5 and this was a good height for me, neither too tall nor too short with my arms bent. My husband, who stands at 6'1, said it was too short for him and that he could feel the difference in his shoulders. br>br>I wouldn't recommend this for running, and it's very easy to wheelie on this. However, it is not bulky, has many pockets, is lighter than I anticipated, and the wheels are not made of cheap hard plastic. I walked through grass and over bumpy rock cement, and just getting around was fun! I would strongly suggest it. My pomeranian is 12 pounds (on the chubby side) and I believe it is ideal for one dog, though I could easily fit a slightly smaller dog in there.
This stroller has disappointed me and I regret purchasing it. It's light, maneuverable, and simple to fold. Aside from the occasional squeak, the wheels are in good working order. Unfortunately, it is extremely unstable for a 20-pound, restless rider. My dog could easily tip the stroller over if I don't keep a firm grip on the handle. If you need to take your hands off for a moment, I recommend leaning the handle bar against a solid object to keep it from tipping. Aside from that, the zipper is difficult to align and appears to be of low quality. I never open it completely because once my dog is inside, I have trouble closing it again. I'm not sure what's wrong with the zipper, but it appears to be broken. I've only had it for two weeks, but I wish I'd gone with something more durable, with a better zipper system and a more comfortable cabin. I strongly discourage you from doing so.
Love it. It's incredibly simple to set up and take down. It would be fantastic if my cats enjoyed strolling through New York City.
