This is something that your dog or cat would enjoy. They will not be able to escape. It's enclosed in a ziplock bag. I'm not sure if it does, but my 4-pound Chipoo enjoys riding and standing up. I believe the weight limit should be set at 15 to 20 pounds.
I put my three small Inuit dogs about 15-minutes away from each other. 18lbs. In addition, it is large enough to accommodate all three dogs.
I'm not sure how much it weighs, but it's not too heavy.

The pattern is perfect, and the size is perfect. This stroller made transporting my Frenchie babies a breeze. It is extremely simple to fold. The small treat compartment and, of course, the drink holders are two of my favorite features. The zip around feature helps to keep the little monsters in place while also providing shade. But it's the seller and how they stand behind their products that I find most appealing. Excellent vendor!.
Although the front wheels aren't always easy to maneuver, this is an excellent product in general.
