I haven't decided yet. For my 16-pound IG, I got a small. It's a perfect match.
Maybe. Take a look at what I said.
This is what I'm using for my ninth grade project. 5 lb. Puppies of the Havanese breed. When it arrived, he was a lot smaller. I tied a knot above his shoulders and another above his rump to make it fit better once his legs were in the holes. After that, I took him off the hook. It performs admirably. I wouldn't have been able to trip his feet and use a dremel on his toenails if I wasn't a single dog owner and groomer. I also doubled a small cotton towel and hung it from the grooming table's top arm, then hung him from the two S hooks. Pam
Please don't scoff at my response; I swear it's correct. br>br>Clearly, you require a stable source of power. strong enough for the hooks to be attached to, safely suspending your pet br>br>My dog is 15 pounds. I hung it from my closet rod and suspended her in it. I pushed my clothes aside, making plenty of room for me. My hanging clothes far outweighed her, so I knew she'd be safe there!

Annie, my mini Schnauzer, has been groomed by me since her rescue adoption 15 months ago. She has always fought me over the trimming of her legs, feet, and nails. We hung her up in the garage, she didn't whimper, and she was quite comfortable. I wish I had known about this contraption a long time ago. Legs, feet, and nails all trimmed to perfection. Mom is happy because her puppy is happy.
S hooks can be dangerous, but this sling is very soft and comfortable. Carabiner hooks/clips, on the other hand, should be sturdier and safer. When we first used it, one of the S hooks bent and gave way, causing us to have an unfortunate experience! Because of her injuries, my dog had to be taken to the vet after she slipped out of the sling. If you buy this sling, I strongly advise you to replace the S hooks with carabiner clips instead! Carabiners, rather than S hooks, would be ideal if the seller provided them. I would have gladly paid a few dollars more for a set of clips that were a little more secure. Be wary of the buyer!.
My senior Dachshund mix, who weighs 20 pounds, despises being touched on the feet. He'll hide in his crate even if he sees a pair of nail clippers. The sling was simple to use, and he didn't object because it felt like a warm blanket. Because I was afraid that hanging the sling from the back of a dining room chair would add to the stress, I hung it from the back of a dining room chair. For the first time in ten years, I was able to clip all of his nails at home at the same time.
too big.
This worked great for my 7lb Yorkie mix who hates having her nails or feet messed with. She actually looked very comfortable and calm after the initial shock of hanging. I assured her she was fine and she relaxed, allowing me to easily trim her feet and nails. This is something that all groomers should think about because it is a lifesaver when it comes to trimming nails.
The small is more of a medium, while the medium is more of a large. They're soft, but they attract dog hair.
I loved this sling hammock; it looks comfortable, even if it's a little awkward for the dogs, and two of my dogs did fantastically in it. They're dachshunds, so they're a little long, but they fit perfectly. They were so calm and relaxed while I was trimming their nails. My other dog, a Pomeranian mix, despises having her nails cut. Before she lets you get close to her nails, Like will turn demon, so I should have known nothing would be able to hold her or comfort her in that situation. I only got two nails trimmed before she began swinging back and forth, eventually getting her arms out of the holes and safely removing her from the sling before she could injure herself. However, for those who aren't ninjas, this is a fantastic product.
I have the worst time grooming my furbaby's paws, just like everyone else who has ordered or is thinking about ordering. br>br>She's so particular about her paws that she's puked on herself when I've allowed others (other than myself) to groom them. Sigh. br>br>This is made of a super soft material that is not at all stretchy. My yorkie is fifteen years old. After determining her leg length, I purchased a small. The fit is excellent. br>br>There is no discernible difference between the front and back. From what I can tell, it doesn't make a difference. The grommets stayed in place perfectly. The "S" hooks did as well. Oh, and I had to re-write some of the sentences. despite the fact that I'm returning the one I got because the hooks were missing. br>br>I was astounded by how calm my furbaby remained throughout this ordeal. She moved a paw now and then, but she remained calm. appeared to be in good working order She is always vocal, even when she is not. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I have a grooming table. br>br> a grooming arm, but not a full arm capable of supporting an overhead hang like this. I'll keep looking for a good deal, but in the meantime (don't laugh! ), ) In my walk-in closet, I hung the sling up. inside a closet It had an effect. br>br>Don't be hesitant to purchase; if it is required, you will not be disappointed.
