My poodle weighs in at 8 pounds. For her, it was too cramped and disorganized. I gave it back to you.

It's comfortable to wear because it's wide, and my 15-pound self fit right in. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and I'll be using it frequently now that my dog is 15 and has become my constant companion. Very well made, light weight, but strong enough to support at least my 15 pound dog!.
Cujo, my son, and I both adore this product! It takes him some time to adjust, but he enjoys just lying around. I'll sling him on the back of a chair when I'm done holding him, and he'll just relax in his own little hammock. br>My only gripe is that I wish it was a little longer so it could wrap around him a little tighter. Aside from that, I like everything about it, especially the front storage pocket.
This will most likely be returned. My dog acts very nervous while in the bag because it is so shallow. In a deeper bag with a more stable bottom, he performs much better. To give you an idea of his size, he's a 10 pound Chihuahua.
This was purchased for my chihuahua rescue, who is fearful of strangers and has sensitive legs. I wish I'd bought something like this for him sooner. He has days when he wants to be near me but won't let me touch him. Because he is jumpy and can't always see what I'm doing on the counters, this pouch allows him to be close, understand, and be resilient to noises. It also allows his arms and body to feel secure without being touched by my hands. When he's having a bad day, I use this for 30 minutes or longer and can see him physically and spiritually healing. This thing is working wonders with my little guy, and I HIGHLY recommend you try it with your needy or previously neglected/ abused small dogs.
For me and my 10 pound pom, it's a dream come true. Willie enjoys lying down in it and swinging his little arms over the padded edge. It's a little shallow, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who weighs more than 10 or 12 pounds. The only downside is that the shoulder strap is made of a rough material, and it could be 2 inches longer, but it still works well.
My Shih-Tzu, weighing in at ten pounds, Her new papoose is a big hit with the Tzu mix. She feels safe and secure, and she finds the strap to be quite comfortable. My only criticism is that it gets hot after a few hours of use, but other than that, I would highly recommend it!.
It has the potential to be better; it resembles a large sack. I wish the bottom had more structure because my puppy sinks into it; I haven't washed it yet, but it appears to be well made and should hold up after washing.
I like the color and the idea of being able to tote around my little toy poodle. However, it is too shallow, and the center snap easily undoes. She is 8 pounds to give you an idea of her size. And it's supposed to help you lose up to ten pounds. I'll have to look for a new sling.
