The fabric is of good quality and is light and airy. I am 74 years old and 5'1" tall. I shortened the straps considerably. My dog weighs 12 pounds and stands 12 inches tall at the shoulders, with a 16" body length excluding the head. While keeping his leash on, he fits comfortably in the bag with plenty of room. There's enough room in the bottom for XXL pee pads and 'pick up' bags, as well as his blanket to sit on. The security strap appears to be more of a risk than a safeguard. I use it to attach it to his water bowl (the round blue object). It's simple to get into the pocket. It comfortably fits my 6 1/2" x 3 1/4" Android phone, but not my husband's larger iPhone. This purchase has exceeded my expectations!.

The strap is thick and adjustable, so it doesn't irritate my shoulder. It's all very light, so it doesn't make me feel too heavy. My 8-pound chihuahua enjoys riding in it as well. I usually put her blanket underneath her for extra padding and warmth because there is plenty of room. Also very useful is the pocket. It holds my earbuds and phone (an iPhone X with case), and there's still room for more.

Since getting our puppy, we've tried a variety of carriers. We've tried front carriers, backpacks, and purse-style carriers, but this is by far the most comfortable for both myself and my 10-pound companion. A toy poodle is a poodle that is smaller than a standard We live in New York City, so I needed something to put her in when we take the subway, go shopping, or if she gets tired and needs to be carried. I bought it to transport my 20-pound dog. In New York City, a pound terrier mix was seen on the subway. Because of the padded strap, I chose this over another sling I purchased from Amazon. It didn't irritate my shoulder, which is a huge plus. br>br>The sling is too shallow for my dog, who stands at a little more than 14", but she was fine. I had to keep my hand on her bottom even when I was standing. The sling, on the other hand, was useful because it provided additional support, which was ideal for my needs. I'd like to be able to take my dog on the subway with me- I wouldn't walk around with her in the sling, but it worked fine for me. br>br>Another advantage is that Because of its light weight and soft construction, it practically blends into your clothing. Walking around with my dog on a leash was no problem with the sling on. br>br>It would be fantastic if the company produced a 2" deeper sling. Maybe a mesh cover to keep my dog safer inside the bag. The security strap is flimsy, and the hardware is inadequate. One of the shutters would automatically open. It served no purpose.

My order was just delivered to me. My dog weighs 15 pounds and has a longer body, so I was concerned about its size. With plenty of room to spare, he fits in perfectly. The shoulder strap is padded and comfortable to wear. Chopper was immediately enamored with it. My purchase has satisfied me.

She jumps in after I place her small blanket inside. I tightened the strap to the point where she could sit comfortably against me. I can now take her to the store and anywhere else I want. It is a huge hit with her! This is something I strongly advise!.

This pet carrier is quite nice. For my tiny 5lb Poodle, I've purchased a variety of pet carriers. I was looking for a carrier that I could adjust, which is important because I am short; I take my pet shopping with me and use this carrier to push the shopping cart; the only thing I would change is the bottom stability. Thank you.

This sling was purchased for my Shih Tzu who was rescued. She's about ten pounds and despises being led around. Vets are cradled in this soft sling, which she adores. She's now allowed to join us on our walks.
