I had to set this up twice during connection, but the instructions guide you through the process. It works great! I love the size of the treats that can be tossed! Those aren't the only treats for the little ones. The software update caused an issue, however, tech support was phenomenal in keeping me informed, and offered to replace the device under warranty, but this did not come to pass.

The microphone does not work anymore

For a couple of months, everything worked as expected. A few days ago, my dog stopped hearing me because my microphone stopped working. Both the quality of video and the connection between the two are inferior to Furbo. You should not buy this product because support did not resolve my issue and Petcube will not.

The video is definitely worth the price! I love how I can check in on my fur babies even when I'm not at home with the Petcube, it gives me so much peace of mind

The camera alone is worth the price, but the added bonus of being able to give them treats when we aren't at home makes it all worthwhile. I'm so glad we decided to get one, it is worth every penny! It makes a pleasant ding sound when you connect to the camera feed, and my cats come running gleefully when they hear it because they know that ding means treat time.
