This is amazing! This company isn't listed on the reviews from Google, nor is it usually on the list of automatic cat feeders. But, I found on Reddit a review of someone who bought three models, this one and two other models, and this one came out on top. As a result of the high ratings on Amazon, I decided to purchase Earlier today, it arrived. As soon as I changed the feeder to the smaller size, the unpacking was quick. It would have been fine to order the regular size in retrospect. If, as an example, you have a small feeder plate, it takes six "portions" to get a 1/4 cup, I imagine a large plate would take only three. It is still a good idea to give them a quick and small snack if you are just feeding them a snack. I have to agree, the setup is slick. There is a need for two. 4Ghz broadband is the same as 4G cellular (i. e. The GHz must be 5 and not 6 and above) As you can see in the photos, this is evident. Therefore, I will. This camera feature is great when it comes to capturing moments The connection is fast and the latency is low. It may take a minute or two. This is a much better video than the one on my surveillance cameras in the house, which is 7-megapixel You have 10 seconds to spare. My camera is old and I need new ones (and the thing is fast). Despite my best efforts, I still haven't figured out one little thing -- My ears hear a ticking sound when I keep an eye on the cats. If it's an automatic/noise floor, I don't know what it is I only have one issue with the device and the app which is gaining control, but other than that it is incredibly well designed. Changing the photos to include cats and dogs (rather than just dogs only). Definitely one of the best cat feeders! I am sure the dog feeder will as well. )* * *

3+ It is currently April 6 (2019). I am pleased to report that this device is in perfect working order. The whole night went off without a hitch! In 10 days on another continent, I was able to communicate with the cats, give them extra food, and generally be of assistance to them. My favorite part was playing in the sand. I have had an excellent experience so far with this feeder, just like I did from the beginning! Some of the reviews I've seen in recent days have been negative. It concerned me to learn DOGNESS has a US presence, in Plano. Following some research, I found that the company has a US presence. DOGNESSgroup's website can be found at that address. On the homepage you can find this unit "featured" right away. As well, the iPhone app has been updated almost every week, which is terrific. I checked the Google Play store for Android and the app is back up (I saw that the company had taken it down for a period of time to ensure it was compatible with Android's However I choose to use this unit, I will hold onto it. It is important to know that I don't have any affiliation with this company and that I paid full price for this unit *****

The device continues to perform as it did on day one, except for one positive thing Noise levels have largely been mitigated via an update made a few weeks ago to the app. I have not encountered any jams to date. The first time I learned something, there was a power outage (fortunately while we were at home) and I noticed the device did not dispense An outlet on the bottom of the screen was turned off, so I put it back on. It will function from any position as long as it is plugged in however, if the system is to be powered by the battery, it must be turned on. The problem has been resolved. We have learned from this experience. My travels have taken me to different time zones, too - and so I am familiar with most of them In the event that you open the unit's app in a different time zone, you will be asked if you would like to change the time You can cancel the registration if you are only traveling I'm fine, and all is well.

I have had this for just over a week and I am not finding many problems with it. The app is available for two phones and lets us control the cat through a remote connection. While away, we like to periodically check on the feeder to make sure that it's working as it should. have not had it not feed at all so far, which is great. To ensure that both the manual and automatic feedings are working as intended, we do a lot of manual feedings. When I listen through the feeder while away, there is a loud static noise that will not go away. That is the only reason why I took a star away. I don't know what to do to fix that, and it's kind of a pain. Still, from what I've seen so far, it's been great! A POST-MODERN UPDATED During the last couple of days, there has been no feeding history displayed. The fact that I am unable to tell if my cat has been fed is slightly bothering. He cannot be fed every time he's supposed to be, so I can't chime in every time he is supposed to be fed. Aiming to achieve something like that is counterproductive. Please contact me as soon as possible - Update 9/16 My husband and I have been using this for about a month and after leaving this weekend and relying on it, I felt nervous the entire time. It kept showing no feedings and even after multiple conversations with their support team, it would be fixed in the app, then not A $170 product that won't do what I want it to do is not suitable for my use. As a result, you have to do manual feedings each time. However, we are very busy and do not have time to do manual feedings (especially since this product is supposed to be an automatic My experience with customer support has been excellent, and they have been very helpful to me. It took my cat a long time to get used to it, but he's now used to it overnight. In addition to that, the camera system is very impressive. A picture can be taken within 2 seconds by activating the app (depending on the internet speed and remaining cellphone data, you can choose SD, HD and Smooth quality). There's a wide angle lens here, so we can see a lot more detail. Every day I found myself amused by my cat's waiting for her food. As well as that, it has a speaker and microphone set so it lets me communicate with my cat. In regard to the fact that we only just got facetime with the iPhone 4 10 years ago, tech advancements are so rapid that even my cat can facetime with the feeder she's using. In addition, there are several other little details that make me glad to see. I can use it when there is a power outage in my area if battery power is available. To keep the food dry, it has a small pocket that holds three packages of desiccant inside the food container. Three more dispensers with smaller portions (5g) are based on this system to allow more precise control of the feeding process. Overall, it is well worth the price. If I could, I would give it a 10 out of 10.
