We really like the product, but my dog gets REALLY confused when she hears the voice but she loves the treats, so we'll still be counting it as a win.

After I had set everything up, it took me about 20 minutes to get it up and running only because the QR code in the instructions booklet did not work to take me to the app I needed to run it. All it would do is search endlessly. I searched the App Store manually for it and found a long list of matches, none of which looked like the one I desired. I had gone back to the Amazon advertisement after seeing the picture of the app and noticed that it was named iseefeeder not iseebiz as it was listed on the instructions for the unit. Google automatically found Iseefeeder when I searched the google play store for it. As a result of this confusion, the process of setting up took longer than expected. that, the entire process of setting up the app went smoothly once I had downloaded it. You can listen as well as speak to your pet through the speaker using the camera. The camera has a good wide-angle lens that gives you good pictures and the sound quality is good for both. A live video can be watched, and a picture can be taken or a film can be recorded. In my case, I have it mounted to a wall, which is a good idea. Even if you're not going to mount this to a wall, the suction cups on the bottom work well if you're going to hold it by its suction cups. It's great that it does all the connecting itself and gets me started as quickly as possible when I plug it back in before I head
Overall, it's a good unit the cat really likes it, and it's a good price, too.

I like it a lot. It's been so nice to be able to watch our new puppy on the go with this product. Seeing her trip out when she hears our voices is the best part. As far as I know, the only negative is that it does not shoot the treats far enough. When I put the camera close enough to her, she can still get treats but it is not possible to record her in video. Thus, I could not shoot her treats remotely because she would see it and would react negatively to it As she ran, all of them shot out at her, but she wasn't able to reach any of them. Her area is not likely to be threatened unless some roll into it. You would be cruel and mean if you did that This makes me sad because she is nut up. Overall, though, this is excellent. I love everything about it. It is highly recommended.

It's a great product for the price. You can toss treats to them too! Watching the show while taking photos and videos is possible. A pleasant surprise is the quality of the night vision and the picture/video. This is awesome.

Everything works as it should now, and the unit is a great purchase for me. My experience is that it is one of the best ones I have tried 4 others, even ones that are much more expensive. Videography is excellent in this video. I really like this unit! As long as you are not in the same network, you can't use it, so if you go out of town and want to throw a treat to your dog, you can't do so. In the last four weeks I've been attempting to deal with customer service in order to solve the problem, but they seem not to be that eager. Due to a window that closed yesterday, I could not return it. Therefore, they strung me along to the point that I was unable to return it. They therefore do not get any stars when it comes to customer service.

There is a good camera in the camera. According to its description, it does what it says it does. You can record live videos and take photos and screenshots. It throws about four treats at once. You can also listen, talk to, and record your pet's behavior. This device is NOT motion-activated, nor does it notify the user when something moves or happens. In order to check on your pet through the app, you have to open it. My workplace allows me to work night shifts and so I needed this device, but the night vision is absolutely awful. Despite leaving my pet's TV on, the camera is unable to pick up my pup when the lights are not Talking and listening are also not possible at the same time. There's a button for talk and another for listen, but they can't be pressed at the same time. There is a lot that needs to be improved about the app, including more user-friendly features and better support. Last but not least, the treat dispenser is kind of loud, and after about three repetitions, your dog will figure out that the noise means treats. There is nothing wrong with it, but it's not perfect.

The camera/treat dispenser is exactly what I need when I can't be at home to watch over my pet. Part of the reason it was easy to set up was because I already owned another food dispenser by the same manufacturer (so the application was already installed and the wifi bands were already There is a good quality video feed from the camera. The app allows me to check on my pet simply by opening it. My only complaint is that I would like the manufacturer's app to be stylish and the camera to grip the floor more firmly, but overall, I am pleased with it!.

As the price of this unit was so much less than those of its much more expensive competitors, I didn't expect great video or audio quality. My jaw dropped when I realized how great all of this worked! There are no problems with the video quality, the sound is good, and the treat dispenser works well with the Temptations brand. It could not have been better for us. is the most popular gift that I have ever given to my wife -- a must have for those who love pets.
