Our three dogs are frightened by the sound of our voice coming through the speaker and come running over to us when we use this machine. Despite its small size, the camera is quite impressive and the picture is crystal clear. Although it does occasionally throw a couple extra treats, since the dogs are all greedy, it never seems to be Using circular-shaped treats seems to be the most effective. It has only been a couple days since this was triggered, so we will update as we go. I had a hard time setting this up in order to connect it to my router. The reception was awful. I placed it next to my router and tried other places, but it never showed more than a single bar. The router wasn't able to detect it. It took me about a minute to connect after going online and hopping on the 24/7 live chat. They gave me instructions on how to hard reset the petcube. While showing less than one bar of strength, it eventually connected. Now that the speakers and video have been replaced, the sound is better. Only problem with having the speaker and microphone so close together is that you will get a lot of feedback, which makes the petcube pretty useless. As I mentioned previously, I really want to give this product 3 1/2 stars because I received a defective product, but although I am able to see what my furbabies are up to and give them treats, there are still a number of issues. The main one being the poor WiFi antenna. As a pet parent, I will use it mainly to keep an eye on them while I am at work and to give them treats occasionally. Those are the areas in which this product excels! All in all, my purchase was a successful one. I was skeptical at first (mainly because I didn't want to be one of those people with a pet cam)) but it has become so much fun to treat my buddy once in awhile. I have also been very pleased with the communication between myself and the company When I tried to connect my device to my wireless network, it didn't work I was unable to set up my Wi-Fi initially, so I emailed them and received a quick response. They were all set up perfectly within 2 hours! So far, I have been satisfied with their customer service. I just have to work on my addiction now.

They have each other, a yard they can access at any time of the day or night, and copious amounts of petting from their I can tell after 72 hours with our new toy that they (and we) will have even better days and we will enjoy our Petcube even more. Please refer to the packaging and instructions below. After opening up the packaging, the instructions on how to set up the app are very straightforward. I had a slight issue getting it to recognize my WiFi, but after a few tries I figured it out and it has worked perfectly since then. I was able to connect to Alexa without much difficulty and it seems to work fine. Gives me the ability to give my dogs a treat right from the comfort of my couch. The following functionalities All in all, things seem to be going The treats are thrown in small amounts, so even if I use it several times per day, the caloric load will not be burdensome to my dogs. The camera is nice and clear, and it works quickly once it is set up. design of the app is good along with its use of the functionality you require while also being intuitive. Fun This is really great. Whenever I call my dogs to the room, they run for the room and lick up all the treats. I enjoy peeking into my house and seeing my dogs at play. My family and I enjoy many moments of joy each day as a result of it.
