As a rather old cat (she is almost 18 years old), she suffers from hip arthritis. Her tendency to get close to any source of heat in the house led me to realize a heating pad might be the quickest solution. A sprinkle of catnip on a sruface never fails to bring her to life, but the tried and true method is still effective. Now that she has the pad, she spends most of her free time relaxing. One customer complained that the pad had to be reset after 12 hours before it could be used again. This is not a problem for me As a result, I prefer heating pads that automatically turn off.

We are waiting for a fire to start. A pad such as this could never be approved by a government agency. A wire may be UL certified, but that does not mean anything to me. Because it is extremely dangerous, you will never see this in any big box retailer. Because the product is made in China, the Chinese company doesn't care if the fire starts or if your dog is injured, because they can't be sued. Due to the heating pad's waterproof nature, you are able to use it without worry if the dog has an accident. Besides being neutral in color, the outer case is fully washable and has an effective zipper. In addition to being easy to use, it is also made out of plastic in a strong, durable construction. I am happy to see that it is providing some relief to my dog and I highly recommend it.
