It was an extremely positive experience purchasing the original dog bed and cover, which we absolutely loved. During what should have been a simple spay, our dog was injured by a negligent vet. My only complaint about this bed is that both the lining and cover need to be zipped on very carefully. I like that they have rubber grips on the bottom of the bed, so it doesn't slip and slide. It is easy for the zipper to get stuck, especially after multiple washes. If you plan to order more than one cover, I recommend doing so.
