Thank you for advising other customers, dear customer. However, our outer cover is machine washable, so there's no need to be concerned.
You should be able to purchase a replacement cover, though I'm not sure if they are available. However, it does disassemble, so they should do so.

We looked at a lot of dog beds before deciding on this one because it meets all of our criteria. The thick egg crated pad supports all of her pressure points, and the cover is made of high-quality materials that are long-lasting. Because the zipper runs along two edges, it was easy to get the cover over the pad. , making it simple to remove for cleaning. We were pleasantly surprised by how good this product is for the price; it's an excellent bargain! We're extremely pleased.
My dog adored this bed, but he puked all over it within the first week, which is unheard of for him. So, thinking it was waterproof, I removed the cover to wash it, only to discover that the entire memory foam (the inside piece) was saturated with vomit, and there was no easy way to clean it, so I had to discard it. My understanding was that it was waterproof, but it isn't; just to be clear so that this doesn't happen again. It was a great dog bed, so it's a pity.
The Egg Shell foam insert is thick and comfortable, and the outer cover has a soft side that keeps pets warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It's easy to clean the outer cover. I've already had to wash mine because my dog got into the trash and got gunk all over his bed, which I discovered when I got home from work, not sure how long it sat there on his bed, but I work 8 hours, I threw it in the washer, and it came clean without any issues, I threw the foam back in without any issues (foam is not washable), and it's back to being ''fought over. " The cats keep staring my dog down when They all have their own beds, but nothing beats the one that someone else is already sleeping in! br>br>I highly recommend this bed regardless of your pet's age; mine is 4 1/2 and this bed is roughly 3" thick; he is about 21" high, so he just steps right on and off it; as long as it doesn't get torn up by the time he has issues getting up and down, this bed will be there for him, and he should have no problems getting in and out of it.
My 120-pound yellow lab is in love with his new XL bed! I'd like to address a few of the issues raised in other reviews. This dog bed is both soft and durable. While I was at work, my daughter opened it up, let it breathe for 12 hours, and then slid it into the cover. It took a little squishing to get it into the outer cover, and the corners popped up at first, but I just adjusted the cover a little and it was laid on right away. Although it is egg carton foam, Wrangler appears to prefer this shape. I'm not sure if it's memory foam, but it does disperse his weight, which helps to relieve his pain. It's over 3 inches thick, soft yet firm. I tried it out for myself and found it to be extremely relaxing. For about $20 more, this company offers a solid memory foam mat/bed with the same exterior cover. We started with this to see how good it was, and we'll most likely try it again. I've also seen complaints about it being chewed, so is there a comfortable, chew-resistant dog bed under $150? Maybe there is, but I doubt it will be available for $40 on Amazon. This is an excellent product, and it is likely to be my best Amazon purchase in 2020 (including all of my new masks). Wrangler agrees, and he is grateful for his new bed! I'll try to post a picture of Wrangler in his new bed as soon as I can. I hope this review was useful in making your purchasing decision.
Stitching is of good quality, and the dog bed has a zipper. It is a firm. br>br> I'll tell my friends and family about these guys. br>br>The dog bed was made up of two parts: a removable cover and egg-crate foam. The "assembly" process was simple. I've never had an easier time installing a dog bed cover because the cover can open on three sides, making slipping the foam in a breeze. The cover itself appears to be of good quality, and it appears to be long-lasting. Stitching and zipper component are of high quality. br>br>I have a 90-pound Staffordshire terrier X bluenose cross who fits perfectly across the bed's surface area. Because he's a big kid, I went with the XL. It's adequate in size. br>br>My only suggestion is that if you have a large or dense dog (100 pounds or, as in my case, heavily muscled and compact) and plan to keep this bed on a hard floor, make sure the thickness of the foam is what you expect. br>br>Communication with the company and Jessica was excellent—she went above and beyond with her customer service, and I'm considering purchasing a cat bed as a result of the wonderful experience.
But, despite the fact that he's already 65 pounds, I was concerned that it wouldn't be firm enough. Because I have allergies, being able to remove the cover to wash it is fantastic. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that I wish the cover was also water resistant. And for those who are giving this bed bad reviews because their dog chewed it up on the first day, that is not the fault of the bed; it is the dogs' responsibility to correct them. I'm not going to leave our dog alone with it until he stops doing it, so keep an eye on your dog.
Our Daisy will love the large dog bed! It is a huge hit with her! The bed arrived in good condition and includes a washable cover. The material is fairly soft, and it has proven to be chew resistant thus far. (Daisy chews on everything) I'll definitely recommend this to some of my friends for their pets.
I was expecting big things from these beds for our two big dogs ( 100 lbs). br>br>When they arrived and were put together, they were the right length for their crates, but they were 2-inch too short. 3" of depth is excessive. I was willing to overlook it until the first time I washed them and they ripped. br>br>Not worth the money for a flimsy cover and a cheap piece of foam from Hobby Lobby or JoAnns.
