In short, yes. I got an extra small sweater for my dog, so he wears a halter harness that is very small. As a result of the small house at the back of the yard, I attached her leash to her collar and still had a leash for her.
It is a very large size. The Boston terrier pig mix that I have fits in the large size. Compared with Boston terrier and pug, cocker spaniels are larger. Several of them have been great! I've ordered three from this company so far!
People who say that Italian greyhounds are big miss out on the fact that they are greyhounds. There are usually 10 to 14 greyhounds in a litter of Italian greyhounds A 15-pound bag.
In order to determine the size of the back, measure it from the neck to the very end. Be sure to measure the chest as well.

There were only a few pairs that fit her and stayed on. I recently ordered a few more of the same size after being satisfied with the first couple. They are not good at all. She's not the only one they follow She slides her neck opening down her body, and she begins to reach for one of her arms. Aside from the “leather” blueberry label on the back of the sweater, I noticed that the newer ones do not have it. Embroidering is visible on the inner seam of the cloth labels. Not sure what that means except that Blueberry is now focusing on quality instead of price? Why am I paying so much for these sweaters? They aren't exactly inexpensive, so where is the value? It was really disappointing because I spent a lot of time researching sweaters for my girl, and I have tried a lot of different ones before coming up with Having to start over to find a good sweater that fits is a pain now. Those were the things I wished I had returned.
It is fair to say that I purchased a 16 inch sweater that was way too big based on the measurements. Pugs tend to be heavy (27 lbs), so I have one that is a bit on the heavy side. When I bought her the first sweater, the chest and neck measurements they provide were inaccurate, so it was like an enormous dress hanging off of her. So I gave her the sweater to give to her dog. Even though it didn't fit her chest, I gave it to my sister. The sweater I received is big enough to fill a 16-inch armpit, but I don't think it was 16 inches long. My next purchase was a sweater in a size smaller (14 inch) and it fit her perfectly. There is a bit of an extra length on the back, but that could be expected with such a round thing that needs extra room in the chest. One more plot twist. The one I had in mind turned out to be 16 inches! The first two sweaters I bought were 14 inches long and in other colors before I realized that the second was 16 inches long. I had bought her 5 sweaters over the course of this season before finding a sweater that fit. We were also able to receive two sweaters today, one of which was a 16-inch fit and the other was a 14-inch fit! As soon as I realized the sweater was not 16 inches, I started wondering how it was so big. She was able to fit into the 14-inch sweater without too much trouble. While it is a bit snug, it does not feel too small like some other models have. There have been a lot of errors with the orders. I find that very frustrating. Despite its thinness, the sweater feels warm and cozy, and I am especially pleased that it doesn't feel cheap and thin. The bottom two sweaters for the attached picture are actually 16 inches instead of the top two which are 18. 4. There is nothing more cosy and warm for my cold, old miniature schnauzer than this. It has a very noble appearance. The 16" size is perfect for the dog, as he's more like a grown up miniature schnauzer.
The pet collar looks nice and is soft, although it might be difficult to put on a squirmy dog.
These were purchased for Nigel and Jasper, my Cavaliers. I love that they fit just right and are so cute! Their quality is also very high and they seem to be very comfortable. They seem to be popular with my little ones as well! The purchase could not have been more perfect for me.
The little dog I have is seven years old. At this point, she weighs just 2 lbs, but I bought the 12" sweater because other brands were much too tight she could gain up to 9 pounds. Due to her slim figure, I could have gone with a 10" as it's almost an inch long and fits her very loosely around. Dogs with a stockier build would fit this style well. Using this looser sweater around her harness will be perfect since the leash will be able to pass through since we have a tight fitting sweater for her. You might want to be aware that this one could stretch out a little However, it may shrink a bit after washing. As I just received it, I don't know what it's like. This is still something I would recommend! PS, the pink one is actually more coral than the red one, but it's still a fantastic shade and more popular as well.
I went down to the 10" size after what others advised, and I am glad I did. Her measurements were a 12", but I went down to the 10" after what others said. There's actually a small amount of looseness present. Nevertheless, I am confident that it will be fine once it's washed. The better it is to have a little room than to be too restricted. Though I was concerned the turtle neck would be confining, it doesn't appear that it will be an issue. For the price, it seems to be really good quality, although, as others have mentioned, the color is more salmon than coral, but it is still Upon arrival, he was well equipped.
