The labrador retriever will not be able to use these.
There are definitely small dogs that should fit in these. I bought them for my Dutch shepherd because they look like they would fit him.
They may or may not be able to fit your dog, usually they fit from 20 to 35 lbs. Dogs that weigh 40 pounds.

The funny part. It is evident from the pictures that they He was able to keep them on quite well (even when he initially tried to remove them). However, they were smaller than expected, but worked well for my Frenchie, weighing 21 pounds. This is a good quality product. The bigger his eyes are, the more he has to squint when we ride in the Jeep with the top off, so since he's used to wearing them now that he's used to wearing them, they'll hold up very well. Small/medium size dogs would definitely benefit from this product.
Their snout receives it directly in the middle. They are freaked out by this. I feel like I'm sneezing into my hand. Because of this I removed the chin strap (which means the glasses are less secure on their heads), but they're still cute. It would be nice to submit a picture if there's a place to upload one.
The breed I have is a Cockapoo. It's great having sunglasses like these. It is the perfect size for my two cockapoos. In order to show the aviator style, I was trying to get them in an ideal shot. It was a pleasure to ride.
I still haven't been able to apply them to my dog. He is a wiggle worm, so you'll need two people to get him out. A baby changing table will be ordered so he can groom himself and other things on it. As soon as it arrives, I will try again.
A medium sized dog can wear these with ease since they come with two different strap options. One year old boy wearing glasses, and he kept them on because of the strap that keeps them from falling off.
Even though I knew they were too small for Rottweilers, I still bought them. The main point I was trying to make was effectively conveyed by them. My only wish is that I would have realized all I really needed was the strap around my head, and I could have bought some children's glasses instead.
