We have a Frenchie and use the paw and snout soothers, but Natural Dig Company also carries a product called "Skin Soother," which can be ordered by calling 888-222-4444. 471- 8288, or visit naturaldogcompany.com for more information. com
The Paw Soother has a less solid consistency than the PawTection, which is more wax-like, but it's nowhere near the gel-like consistency of the PawTection. If you choose to apply Paw Soother with your hands, it's easy to get a decent amount of it on your fingers, just like Vaseline.
I've been using it on my dog's paws for a while and have had no issues with it. My veterinarian said it was fine for me to use it. If you have any concerns, speak with your veterinarian.
I'd like to know the same thing as well. The only thing that had changed, they claimed, was the packaging. That doesn't hold water with me. I'm taking a look at the old and new shipping containers. At night, I put this "new" stuff on my dogs' paws, and it appears that my niece used a bright yellow highlighter on my sheets.

I've been using it on my dog's severely cracked paw pads, and it's made a significant difference. I've heard that the musher's secret is superior- However, I cannot agree with you. Wax is the key to Musher's success. It's made to keep your feet safe when walking on hot or cold surfaces. When I used it on my dog, he slid all over the place because he needed a moisturizer, not just a barrier between him and the floor. Musher's secret is a waxy substance that is applied to the dog's paws as a protective layer but does not heal the paws. Every morning and evening, I apply the Paw Soother. If we're going for a walk after I've applied Paw Soother, I'll follow up with a little Musher's Secret to keep the Paw Soother moisturizing and soaking in. Paw Soother has a consistency that is similar to frozen olive oil. It behaves like beeswax in the tin, remaining clumpy and solid. When it comes into contact with your warm hands or a dog's warm paw, it melts into the skin like butter, not drippy or gooey like Vaseline.
I couldn't decide between this product and another.
My dog seems to have snatched some, so he's got a small wound as well. I trimmed the excess hair and have been using these products for three days now, and it looks a lot better! He licks everything, but when I put it on his paw, he doesn't seem to notice, which is fantastic. I only use a small amount to keep his paw moist.
The 1 oz. Jack Russel If I just did her paws, it would work perfectly for her for a long time. She has an allergic reaction to the environment and is being treated by a veterinarian with anti-itch medication, soap, and a shot. Even though it was intended for the pads, this paw soother worked wonders for soothing her skin. Her pads are also looking fantastic now. For about a week, I did one application every night just before she went to bed. After this, I'm going to try the skin-calming one. It's a little pricey for a single ounce of balm, but it seems to last quite a while. It's definitely worth a go. It healed my dog's dry, cracked skin, and I'm pleased with the results. Because it is so expensive, I only gave it a four-star rating.
I didn't smell anything, but I don't have a good sense of smell. In any case, I'd be unconcerned. My older child suffers from allergies and has been on Apequel for more than two and a half years. Apequel suppresses the immune system, which is a problem. I ran out, and getting to the vet to get more was impossible due to unforeseen circumstances. We noticed that Bosco was much more active without the Apequel, and I decided that he was so much better in terms of disposition and energy level that I didn't want him to go back on Apequel for that reason, among others. He survived the bitter cold, but now that spring has arrived, he's back to constantly biting his feet. I use witch hazel to clean his feet thoroughly before applying NaturalDog organic Paw Soother, and he stops biting right away and feels much better. It's too early to say for sure, but I couldn't be happier so far. His paws had become extremely dry, but they now appear to be in much better condition. I'm so impressed that I'm thinking about trying this treatment on my other dog, who doesn't have any allergies but will still benefit from it. When Bosco is given "special" treatment, he becomes envious, so it's probably a good idea in any case.
Until I discovered this product, which works quickly and effectively. I applied it as soon as it arrived at my door, and his itching was gone in 30 minutes. all of the reviews, testimonials, and before-and-after photos We were desperate to help our doggo, so the after pictures were almost too good to be true. After 5 hours, his paws have significantly improved. I can't say enough about how much I like this product.
My dog's paws were becoming dry, and I couldn't decide between PawSoother and Musher's Paw Protection. As a result, I purchased both of them. In all honesty, they both performed admirably, and I have no reservations about them. With PawSoother, I noticed that my dog was more inclined to lick her paws. There's more to it than that. It has a pleasant herbal scent to it. Mushers, on the other hand, has no discernible odor. Apart from the odor, I'd say they're both equally effective.
