It can also be applied to her nose to keep it hydrated. This is the cheapest paw wax I've seen on Amazon, and you get more than your money's worth for the price. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. Although the product claims to be non-greasy, it is greasy and oily in appearance. Because the stuff gets everywhere, I don't let my dog on the carpet for a while after applying it. Aside from the fact that it moisturises your feet and keeps your skin from cracking, I don't think it does a very good job of keeping you safe from heat or cold. For the price, I would definitely buy it again and continue to use it. It's a hit with my dog!.
I have a 15-year-old Australian Shepherd who despises having her paws touched. She had rough and sore pads as a result of her age. Every night, I started gently massaging Natureland into all of her pads. Her gait improved over the course of two days. The pads were softer and healing or healing within three days. It only takes a little to make a big difference. I suggest applying the wax at night so that your dog can sleep with it on. I didn't mind if she tried to lick it off. Despite her resistance to my touching her paws, I can tell she likes the wax on her pads. I've started using it every night to keep her pads in good shape. I would strongly suggest it.
br>As far as heat protection is concerned. Considering how hot the blacktop is, this wax did a good job of protecting my 3 year old pittie from the heat.
His massive paw pads were so rough that they hurt when they rubbed against our skin. Within days of applying a thin layer of Natureland Organic Paw Wax every day, I noticed a difference. His pads are soft now, but they're still strong and thick enough to stand up to the elements and sidewalks. I would strongly suggest it.
I can't groom him because he won't let me. His paws, I believe, are also more comfortable for him. Previously, they had all been dry and scratchy. I was blown away! And I wholeheartedly endorse it!.
This is fantastic! br>When we first got our dog, his paw pads were extremely rough. I used it once last night and noticed a significant difference in the softness of his paw pads when I went to reapply it today! It's a lot bigger than I expected, and I think it'll last a long time! There's no scent, and it's not sticky.
Size for price, it's a good deal. Simple to work with. It appears to do a good job of moisturizing and treating a paw that had a small cut and had become irritated and red.
We live in Maine, where the snow has turned to ice. This is extremely beneficial for my dog's cracked paws. The cracks were filled with it.
