The tunnel is a huge success, so I only gave it four stars. It appeals to my cat, especially the two side windows. In addition, the tunnel is fairly durable and semi-permanent. It's simple to fold, but it's a good size! I've seen others of comparable size for $20-$30. The tunnel alone is worth $25. br>However, the toys are inexpensive; I mean, you get what you pay for. Out of all the toys, my cat prefers the string wand, the weighted ball, and the crinkle poofs the most. She is uninterested in everything else. br>br>So this gets four out of five stars because for $18, you get a nice tunnel and a couple of winners.
A fantastic purchase! It's a big hit with my 9-month-old kitten. She has two small windows through which she can enter and exit. I toss the toys around in a ziplock bag with some catnip. She acts irrationally, as if she's in a park with a bunch of kids. Keep an eye out for the small toys; they're not as dangerous to step on as legos or hot wheels, but they can still cause injury. br>The tunnel is made of high-quality materials. I wish there was a way to swivel the tunnel's middle to change its configuration. It's shaped like a letter S. I'd like to be able to make it into an O shape.
For me, it's ideal for playing with feather toys. I don't have to go around the room looking for things to "hide" the feather behind so she can go hunting. I can sand next to the tunnel and move it around with four openings. The palette is vibrant. The "S" shape adds to the thrill of the hunt, and the material has withstood some ferocious claws in order to obtain the toys.
Pros
- The tunnel is a cat's favorite place to be x1.
- Cat is a big fan of the teaser rod x1.
- The tumbler mouse x1 is a favorite of the cat.
- The multicolored mouse x4 is a cat's favorite. Consbr>- br>br>- br>br>- br>br>- br>br>- b It's all made on a shoestring budget.
- Out of the box, I tossed the linen ball away. It's nothing more than rope glued to a plastic ball.
- The bent ant cat spring toys x3 are extremely springy.
- Other toys are ignored (although this may vary depending on your cat).
He was afraid of the bells and the in a few of the balls and the fluffy balls fell apart, so I did not give them to my cat instead I gently pulled one and a lot of it fell out, so it was not safe for my cat to play with it, and it would not have ended well. The tunnel also has a lot of tiny strings, so I had to take it away the mice's tails fell.
Schroeder was four months old when I picked him up from the shelter, so he's a dynamo. He's been dashing in and out of this tunnel since the beginning, even running beneath it. He enjoys sneaking attacks through the side holes and dragging his toy mouse in there to beat up. He enjoys the other toys as well, particularly the little spring thing, but the tunnel is by far his favorite. I would purchase it again in a heartbeat.
The price is excellent, and the toy pack is merely an added bonus for me. br>br>I work with kittens from birth to four months of age. When they live with me, it's usually - These toys, on the other hand, are PERFECT for the little ones. I'm aware that the toys' quality has been criticized, but honestly? The cats don't seem to mind; they just want to play with their new toys! br>br>These are also great donations to local shelters, foster homes, and cat rescue organizations. For the price, this is a fantastic item.
It's cheap stuff to entertain your cat; don't expect it to last, especially the small little toys, but they'll be enough for a while. br>br>The cant tunnle is fine; they put some string on the inside for cats to play with, but it's been thrown all over my floor since day one, and it's legit all over my house now lol. That part is bad, but my cats are happy otherwise.
