The urine dries pretty quickly and doesn't work that well. The enzyme cleaner works better than other cleaners.
When I need to remove odors and stains from my carpet, I usually buy Resiolve foam Pet odor and stain remover. I was not able to accomplish this for some reason.
It drives me crazy when I have to clean up dog messes. Because I'm so sick of it, I'm very thorough. There have been lots of accidents on our carpet since my dog, who is ten years old, began developing them. When it comes back dry, I step on it with tons of paper towels, blot it with gobs of paper towels, and then spray this stuff on top, wait five minutes, and step on it again with gobs of paper towels. When it dries, the area still smells like dog pee despite the product smelling like chemicals. This is a very frustrating experience and I will not be repurchasing it. Using a spray can would be good, but I had hoped to be able to skip the vacuum step It does not appear that there is a solution.
