While the cap is visible in the photo, I wanted to emphasize how much Lucky enjoys it as well. My mother spent tens of thousands of dollars to have Lucky medically examined in order to determine why he couldn't stop vomiting and was in such excruciating pain. He was no longer the puppy he had once been. He began to lose his fur, gain excessive weight, and had no energy, hiding behind the couch near the radiator (we assumed the heat provided him with some comfort). He began to lose his fur, gain excessive weight, and had no energy at all. Lucky would vomit foam and stomach bile through his nose in large amounts on some days because the vomit was so bad. It was terrifying to watch, and we desperately wanted to help him. The vets kept giving him meds to treat symptoms rather than the root cause: acid reflux meds, meds to help him stop throwing up, and eventually a steroid to reduce swelling in his bowls after the last test revealed he has IBS. I kept thinking to myself, "Why aren't they giving him digestive enzymes and probiotics to help him improve his digestive health and immunity?" but there was nothing. Everything they said he had was wrong or not the root cause of his acid reflux, pancreatitis, and expensive dog food for a healthier diet. So I asked my mother to take a chance and stop giving him all of his medications in exchange for this product and a multivitamin from the same company, believing that if the probiotics worked, it would help him gain weight. Our dog continued to throw up on day one, but he had only done so once. He threw up once on day two, but he was eating more and more comfortably, and by day three, he had stopped hiding behind the couch and was back to being playful! He's devouring food and eating a lot more than he has in the past. I bought it for my puppy who was suffering from bacterial gastroenteritis and pancreatitis. I gave it to her for three days and it had no effect. Her diet consists of a combination of foods. It's worthwhile to give it a shot, but you'll want to come back.

I placed an order right away and used maple syrup that same day. This arrived at warp speed, and all I have to say is OMG, put one in your cabinet. After the puppy shots, I really needed it. It seemed to help, especially with the diarrhea cramps, and it also seemed to cut down on the amount of time she was uncomfortable.
