They don't bother my 15-pound Border Collie. It can also be easily halved. I'm guessing it's about the same size as a regular aspirin.
I haven't tried the paste or capsules; I've only tried the chewables. Because the product must be measured out, I assume the difference with the paste is one of convenience. The capsules must either be opened and sprinkled on the food or placed in something your dog will eat (such as a pill pocket). My dog thinks of the chewables as a treat, and she enjoys them.

The company is fantastic, and their products are fantastic; highly recommended. br>br>Because this is a probiotic, it must be stored at cool temperatures. The bottle states that the temperature should not exceed 77 degrees. Amazon dropped it off as usual with no knocking to inform us that it had arrived. It was 100 degrees outside today, and the probiotics sat in it. If you're not aware, heat kills active cultures, rendering the product useless. As a result, the bottle has been ruined. What about the handling prior to that, if this is how they handle the part we know about? br>br>For a sensitive product like this, I'll find another supplier, and I hope others don't assume the product is bad when it's actually the handling that's to blame. br>br>I'm dissatisfied with the results.
