Product Description

Fresh Digest, like all InClover supplements, is scientifically formulated to support the body's natural functions. It contains organic prebiotics, which provide food for beneficial bacteria in the intestine. The enzymes help break down food so that the acanine can fully digest the nutrients and absorb them into the bloodstream, promoting a healthy intestinal balance and allowing your cat's unique, native bacterial strain to thrive. BONUS: it prevents the formation of hairballs!
Fresh Digest is the only supplement with clinically tested levels of organic prebiotics as well as four plant-based enzymes, and it starts working right away. This all-in-one formula gets to work right away, with visible results usually appearing in as little as 1-3 days.
CONVENIENT USE - Simply sprinkle Fresh Digest's pure, white powder on top of every meal. Because the powder is slightly tacky, it can be used to coat dry foods or mixed into wet, raw, or freeze-dried meals.
HUMAN GRADE INGREDIENTS - FRESH DIGEST is 100% human-grade, and due to the absence of living ingredients it is extremely shelf stable. Oxygen, water, or heat below 120 degrees Fahrenheit have no effect on the efficacy of Fresh Digest.
Fresh Digest is gentle and flavorless, with no fillers, preservatives, sugars, grains, or flavors to irritate sensitive systems. All cats, regardless of age, are safe with this product.

Questions & Answers

In comparison to Fortiflora, how does it measure up?

It's a complete change. This includes digestive enzymes, which break down many food components into smaller, more digestible pieces, as well as some natural compounds (FOS) that help beneficial bacteria (probiotics) grow, but not the probiotics themselves. br>Fortiflora is a supplement that contains probiotics (beneficial bacteria). br>Which one is best for you is determined by the nature of your pet's problem. Fresh Digest works for my cat because she can't eat certain foods that aren't targeted by the good bacteria. I feed her a teaspoon of yogurt with probiotics (most brands of yogurt contain them), which is much cheaper and easier to come by.

I'd like to leave the fresh digest on top of the wet food so I know it's been consumed by my cats. I'm never sure if they get it if I stir it in?

My kitty eats a small amount of food several times a day, and I keep an eye on her to see if she has finished it. br>Another thing I was doing was transferring all of the food from the can to a larger container, and then adding all of the Fresh digest it required, based on the number of ounces in the can. br>Because the enzymes in the powder won't start working until it reaches the stomach's highly acidic environment, you can mix it in with the food. br>I always keep the leftovers in the fridge that my ditty didn't eat.

What makes this one unique from the one for dogs? I bought both, but they contain the same ingredients. ?

That was my thought as well. When I inquired about it, I was told there was no difference, so I gave it a shot and it worked just as well. That could mean it's suitable for both cats and dogs, according to what I've been told.

Is the label complete with a list of ingredients? (seller: Wouldn't it be great if this information was included in the product description?) ?

YES! The product is described on the back of the label, and there are no inactive ingredients or grains that could upset sensitive systems. There are no preservatives, lactose, sugar, or fillers in this product. Inulin, protease, amylase, lipase, and cellulase are all derived from plants. It's possible that it'll aggravate your gastrointestinal issues! Consult a veterinarian
3/5

Bloating, gas, and tummy aches have been plaguing my cat. To deal with the problem, she had become OBSESSED with eating grass. I wanted to find a way to fix the problem rather than just treat the symptoms, so I ordered this, but it either didn't work or worsened my cat's stomach problems. After two weeks of using it every day, her gas increased, and she became more obsessed with grass than she had ever been. Positives: br>br> It must taste good because my cat, who is very picky, ate it without hesitation. It was as simple as sprinkling it on top of her dry food, and she devoured it. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this method. It's possible that it won't work for your cat, or that it will aggravate his GI problems. My sister is a veterinarian, so I sent her a photo of the ingredients to see if it was safe to feed to my cat. She told me that she never recommends prebiotics/FOS (inulin) to cats with GI problems because they can aggravate the problem. Although there have been some promising studies on the benefits of inulin on the GI tract, in her experience, it's best used for immediate concerns or to keep a healthy cat healthy. When probiotics are added to the diet, for example, it may improve their efficacy. However, she has observed it exacerbate underlying GI issues in cats whose cause has yet to be identified. It may assist in determining the exact location of the problem. If it improves or worsens your cat's condition, it may indicate whether the problem is in the upper or lower GI tract, but it's not worth it in the end. br>br>I know, I know, everyone says it, but seriously, consult your veterinarian first!.

Wools is back to his young self, and I haven't had any cat barf since I started using this
5/5

Below is an update to my first post: This is a miracle worker, to say the least. It's been several months, and my cat hasn't thrown up since I started using this product! My six-year-old son br>br> The motility of the elderly cat began to deteriorate. He was vomiting on a near-daily basis. I took him to the veterinarian and had an X-ray taken of him. He had constipation, according to x-rays. We started him on canned pumpkin - he liked it a lot. a little in his wet food twice a day Although this helped, he was still throwing up every two weeks or so. We looked on the internet for digestive aids and came across Fresh Digest, which we started him on two weeks ago and haven't had any cat barf yet. I see him play with our two one-year-olds for the first time in months. Cats over the age of a year are also welcome. If your cat has digestive problems, I recommend using this product along with a little pumpkin. It appears to have worked. We've started feeding all three cats the same food in the hopes of keeping them happy and healthy.

My cats respond well to Fresh Digest
5/5

I've been using this product for several years and find it to be extremely useful. Fresh Digest has nearly eliminated my older female cat's occasional furball issues, which occurred mostly during shedding season. When my veterinarian took him in as a kitten, he was born feral and had serious parasitic issues. She took care of him for several months until he was well enough to be adopted. He had some lingering digestive issues, but now that I've added pumpkin to his breakfast and Fresh Digest to his dinner, he's doing a lot better. I took a break from using it for a while to see if the problem had passed him by. I'm not going to make the same mistake twice! He needs his Fresh Digest, and the female, by the way, is a picky eater who doesn't notice any differences in her food. As they say, it has to be tasteless. Unless your cat eats its dry food right away, I strongly advise putting it in canned food. It becomes sticky if it sits on the kibble, and my picky cats refuse to eat it.

Hairball constipation can be relieved by using this supplement
5/5

In Clover has come up with yet another fantastic product. Hairballs have caused my longhaired Shadow to have severe constipation. I was concerned that he was developing megacolon because he had been pooping small hard balls for a while. Digestive enzymes, according to what I've read, aid digestion and motility by breaking up hairballs. This brand appealed to me because I regularly purchase their Flow and Spry treats, which my cats adore. This powder is easy to mix into wet food and must be tasteless because he devours it. This product really works because he's had some impressive bowel movements that I haven't seen in a long time. Now that I've added this to his diet, my Shadow is feeling much better. Thank you very much, In Clover!.

One of our cats would get sick after eating several times a week, and there didn't seem to be any common ingredient or composition that could be the cause
5/5

I was already taking probiotics, so enzymes seemed like a logical next step, especially since other signs suggested she was having trouble digesting and absorbing nutrients (weight loss and a growing obsession with people food, particularly plant-based foods). based, and we'd taken her to our vet without finding anything obvious wrong with her). From the first feeding, these enzymes appear to be effective! In addition to probiotics in the evening meal, we add 1/4 teaspoon enzymes to both our kitties' morning and evening meals (canned food). Thank you for assisting our kitty with her digestive issues and allowing her to enjoy her foods and get the nutrients she requires!br>br>Thank you for assisting our kitty with her digestive issues and allowing her to enjoy her foods and get the nutrients she requires!.

The Cure of All Diseases I attributed all of the hairball vomit to my 8-year-old male rag doll grooming his sister
5/5

He's also got kitty herpes, which is a virus that affects cats. That could have been the case. Blood tests performed by the veterinarian confirmed that there was nothing seriously wrong. He'd gotten to the point where he was doing it every night. So I ordered this, thinking it would be a chewable pill. Powders have a nasty habit of ruining food's flavor. Because these are the first pairs of cats who prefer dry food, I tried it on the dry first, and they both turned their noses up (this isn't going to work), then I tried it on the moist, and boom, the moist food vanished! It's been about 3 weeks since it started working, and it seemed to start working right away. I had one puke incident about 5 days after I started and haven't had any since. He's become more active, and the moist food has vanished. I'm not sure if it improves the taste of the food or if it simply makes his stomach feel better, allowing him to eat more. He's not the same cat as the others. I'm overjoyed for him - I'll get my carpets back as well.
