For myself and a friend who I gave it to, this product helped to relieve arthritis and joint inflammation during RA flareups. If you plan to use it frequently, you should only take a few drops per day. I mostly use it to manage and relieve flare-ups.

It's simple to do. The Cat's Claw supplement by Mary Ruth is fantastic. I've tried a lot of Mary Ruth's products and almost all of them have been good. Add this to your list; it's simple to use, requiring only a dropper full 1 to 3 times per day. It's got a honey-like flavor to it. such as taste This product also appeals to me because it contains no additives or fillers.

Free same-day delivery in a cool shaped bag right outside my door! Yes, I purchased a few items, and the only way to know if they work is to try them. However, I am inclined to like, use, and am certain to benefit from these products because of the placebo effect. I'm already a big fan of the firm. I don't see how this could possibly go wrong.
