The majority of cats aren't incredibly intelligent. Anyone poking around in their moths is welcomed, but there is less space inside than many dogs, so it can be a difficult process. These brushes, on the other hand, provide a wide range of options to experiment with. It was also a good value for the money in my opinion. Family Feline and I are still working our way through these adventures, but I am thrilled to have such a diverse set of brushes. (Because Family Feline chews the brushes, having multiples is a good idea because she goes through them quickly!).
When we brush his teeth, my cat chews on the toothbrushes. We've had to throw away rubber toothbrushes after a few weeks of use every other day in the past because he chewed off and swallowed the rubber. br>br>However, the first time we used this toothbrush — under strict supervision, with a human holding it — our cat bit the tip off and swallowed it. br>br>As you can see from the photos, a significant portion of the cake has vanished. So, how about it? We were concerned, but the veterinarian advised us to wait until he deposited it in the litter box. We thought he'd gotten it out, but we discovered vomit in eight different places in the house a month later (today). We were concerned because there was no food or hair in the vomit, and we couldn't figure out why our cat was so sick. Then we noticed something on the floor: the tip of his toothbrush, which he had swallowed a long time ago. (A photograph has been included. ) ) The vomit appears to be bloody, so we'll be seeing a veterinarian as soon as possible. br>br>In the past, rubber toothbrushes have never caused this problem — especially not on the first use. We usually notice brush wear over time and replace it before it reaches this stage. This product, on the other hand, is clearly of poor quality, as it could not withstand even a single bite from a small cat. After this experience, we haven't used many of the other brushes in the set, but I assume the hard plastic ones have a lower chance of pieces falling off. Our dog, on the other hand, did manage to snap the human-shaped plastic. In one bite (she's small, too), she snatched a sharp shard from her toothbrush. This is likely to be expected, and she didn't swallow anything, so it's not a major issue. br>br>However, consider this: Please exercise caution. Do not use this product if your cat or dog likes to bite at the rubber brushes during brushing sessions; it could harm their health. Spending a little more money on something a little more durable is recommended.
This kit has a great selection of items. My dog required additional toothbrushes because she had tartar buildup on two of her teeth. We were able to avoid an expensive vet dental cleaning thanks to the dental scaling tool (and some YouTube vet dental videos with instructions on how to use it). Unfortunately, the toothbrushes' bristles are much stiffer than the others we've tried, causing her gums to bleed. Overall, this kit's price to quality ratio is excellent.
I'm amazed at the number of options available in this kit. My dog, on the other hand, is a picky eater who adores her toothbrushes. She even brushes her own teeth; all I have to do is hold it for her! This is incredible for my baby because she will have clean teeth for the rest of her life! She is young, only a year old, and I want to keep her teeth in good shape now so that they don't deteriorate later in life! Excellent product, thank you Amazon!.
This is a must-have! Wow! I didn't anticipate such a wide range of styles. You'll also get tarter tools if you need them. My Chihuahua enjoys using the finger tooth brushes as well as three of the hand-held brushes. They're fantastic, and I've given a few to my in-laws. Her Chiweenie is protected by law. I would strongly suggest it.
I was a little concerned about purchasing something made in China because there were so many toothbrushes for the price. The multi-purpose is my personal favorite. a brush with multiple sides It effectively cleans the dog's teeth from all sides (which I can't achieve with regular brushes). br>br>I like the idea of the plaque-removal tool, but it's so sharp that I'd never trust it with my dogs!.
I've been trying unsuccessfully for a month. At this price, having a variety of options for brushing a dog's teeth is unbeatable. I scheduled an appointment with my veterinarian to learn how to use these tools and brush her teeth properly. I don't want her to be anesthetized because she is 12 years old. , and because of her age, the veterinarian did not want to use anesthesia, which is why we are where we are.
I like how diverse it is. I discovered that some of the brushes worked well in the front and others worked well in the back for my 3-year-old dog, Bella. Every day, I (at least try to) brush Bella's teeth. I was able to remove the stains and tartar from her teeth in the first week after using the various brushes and plaque / tartar gel. I only wish I had documented the process with before and after photos.
