In my 69 years, I am still active in sports. After having dogs all my life, I was never able to remove ticks as easily as I did with this unit. you will have some issue to deal with no matter what you do. It is imperative that you keep the animal still while using this device. This product helped me remove a small tick from the bottom side of my dog's ear last night. These I will recommend to all of I often have a tick (or some ticks) on my body after being in the woods. You will be able to use this device well.

This is a good buy! There's no doubt about it. In addition to a comb, the only other product I have used on pets is a collar. An ad I put on myself. The nifty gadget is in a league of its own. In retrospect, using the latter feels like a mistake. There is a need to pinch down firmly over the tick to make sure it is completely removed, which will cause discomfort on your pet, as those little ostriches dig down Every prong has a slot that reaches all the way down to the buried head of the It is difficult to keep the animal still if you are using it on a pet. There is no other tool like this. I highly recommend this book.

I found a tick on my son one night as we were going to sleep, and I used this to get it out. Our family found it to be so easy to use and so much needed these days that we ordered more to keep in our cars, in my purse, first aid kit, and everywhere else, so wherever we are we always have one.

It is best for large ticks it is not effective for This method works well with larger ticks on adults, but for tiny ticks or tick nymphs you need the metal tick removers to safely remove the tick and not to cut off its head, especially with children or pets since you will pinch their skin and not easily remove the tick
