This spray has a pleasant scent and is effective against active fleas, but it did not kill the larvae. Because my house is mostly hard wood with a few carpeted rooms and a few area rugs, I had no problem using the product again a week later for round two of the flea slaying. The cost was comparable to other pet store products, but it appeared to work better than what I had previously purchased. previously, in a store.
So far, this has been the best product I've used. I like how it sprays on, how long it lasts, how clean it is, and how well it kills fleas and their eggs. I meticulously followed the instructions, treated pets, vacuumed every room, and even rented a professional carpet cleaner. This product was found to be completely ineffective, so I'm switching to Precor 2000 in the hopes of getting better results.
The product may be effective, but the odor is nauseating and overwhelming. For the past two days, I've tried everything to get the stench of a cheap overpowering perfume out of the house; I never expected the "fresh scent" to last this long without fading.
I sprayed it all over my room and balcony, and the scent is so strong that you need to wear a mask while doing so. It's so strong that it's been three days since I used it and I'm still smelling it. I believe it only works for a short period of time and that you must use it in conjunction with other flea treatments.
It was far superior to many other products I tried, though I would advise using gloves when spraying. It's a great solution.
I received the spray today and discovered that the bottle had broken and that the liquid had spilled all over the bag it was in, as well as the box it came in.
