The bowls are thick, cute, and made of ceramic. The stainless steel rack is sturdy and does not wobble (unless your floors are uneven) and the cute ceramic cat dishes fit in perfectly. There are two ceramic cat dishes that are very high glazed, thick, and look like the photo with the painted face of kitty on the bottom and ears on the sides - but, they are not made of ceramic they are made of porcelain. A very cute cat. My cats like it because it's a nice size and they eat out of it. This is definitely a product I would buy.
