Although I was skeptical about the whole 'raised food is better for your pet' argument, seeing as my cat is 16 (apparently a senior citizen now! ), I decided to give it a try since her diet is a lot more nutritious. I chose this because I cannot handle the food well and I have some food issues. I had a pretty hysterical first night when I bought her new bowls. It was evening/night when she kept walking past the bowls but was reluctant to approach them. She is not a fan of change in general, so she avoided them the entire evening/night. As of early morning, all bowls had been filled. The good news was that she had starved herself to the point where she was no longer worried about the container and she finally put them to use. The following are some observations I have made. As a result, she has been eating more, which is a great thing because old and skinny cats are not a good combination. It's also been a lot easier for her to keep food down. Compared to other aspects of the show, I dislike the mess only slightly. The mess on the floor has become much worse than before. I wish that I had chosen the mat option. I am glad, however, that Her Highness seems pleased with her food dishes, and I also am glad that they really did reduce her appetite.
It was interesting that sometimes both cats would stop eating and have a wheezing cough for a few minutes that sounded and looked Having to calm them was stressful, and we had to do it until it was over. There was something I had read where they should be eating higher off the ground than where they were eating, and I realized they were basically eating at floor level. In an attempt to see if the coughing would stop if they ate higher, I got these. My thanks go out to you for your help. It has been about a month since we used these bowls and neither of them has coughed again while eating. I never even thought about it! The original plan was to just lift their normal bowls higher, but one of them always tries to bury it when she does not finish her meal. It would make a mess when she knocked over the bowl. I'm so glad we gave them a try. The first set was successful so I bought two more and rotated them until they became worn out. It's not every day that we clean them with the dishwasher. Our dogs also use them for their dry food and water in addition to their wet food. It is a great product. It is strong and I think it will last us for a long.
It was purchased for my chronic vomiter Tiger in the hopes that a better eating posture would alleviate her problems. As it turns out, these dishes are no higher than the dishes he is already eating. As a result, I mounted the dishes together so that their height was doubled. He is happy to eat from it, but it hasn't helped with his vomiting problem.
Despite being a messy eater, my cat seems to like this bowl. She can be a bit messy when eating, but it seems to be helping her a lot. The bowls are small, but they are not circular as I had assumed since they are oblong instead. For people who are looking for a bowl in which they can simply place food and water for a week and forget about it, this is not the product for them. In order to ensure proper nutrition and water supplies, you should fill the cooler every one to two days since it holds less than 16 ounces.
There's a cat in my house who has FlUTD and hates wet food, so I'm always searching for novel strategies to increase her intake of water. It's not the first time I've had a water fountain or water bowl. These things are her favorite things, as well as human cups (preferably when I am trying to drink from them). As well, my other cat has decided that he is a huge fan too. I have now changed the look of my house so it doesn't appear that the little boy from 'Signs' is living I don't drink from my cat's drink after I keep these around, and I don't leave glasses of water lying around.
There are 4 people in the home (three adults and one kitten) and the bowls work fine for wet food for breakfast and dinner. already have ceramic ones for the dry during the day, but I like these more. Their simplicity allows them to be washed easily, and the cats need no longer reach for the dishes on the ground to eat. The service was excellent and I'd definitely recommend it.
After using this for nearly four months, I am convinced that it is a great product. My hungry cat loves it. The dish has been put into the top rack of the dishwasher, on its side. There seems to be no damage to the dish. There are consequences.
It would have been better for you to clarify that in the description. To find out, you need to go on an archeological expedition.
