It might be possible, depending on whether the person has a slim neck and if the collar extends all the way up.
My name is Cathy and I bought this collar as a gift for a friend of mine who adopted a cat. The bow on the collar doesn't move for me, so I can't really tell you. My personal opinion of the collar is that it is absolutely stunning. I really like how high-tech this is.

Let's go back to the Cats and kittens smaller than 9 kg should avoid this product. Then read on! When the collar arrived, I was thrilled to use it on my new cat. It was exactly as described. My cat was slightly irritated by the width and thickness of the collar. The material of the collar is heavier than I expected, and the band is also exactly 1/2 inch wide. There is a need to brush the collar occasionally and switch it around to avoid a hair loss line around where the collar is on the cat's neck, but this is also a problem with other collars. The collar is NOT a good fit for cats with thinner necks and shorter bodies. I found this collar to be exceedingly long for my cat, who has a neck size of approximately 8 inches. My fingers could still fit comfortably in between 4 fingers even though my belt was snugged up all the way. In the first two weeks he would pop his collar off at least once a day, and on three separate occasions I caught him with the collar in between his teeth. The only reason I would have returned the collar is the length, but thankfully I have a handy friend who shortened the collar by an inch, and he hasn't taken it off since then (it has Although the breakaway buckle isn't very strong, the fact that my cat no longer is able to get his head or foot trapped inside means it ought to hold up. In my experience, I have looked at many bow tie collars, and one of the nicest features of this collar is that the bell is located under the bow tie rather than off to the side as it often is with other collars. Although the bell on this collar sounds exactly like any other cat collar I have purchased from Petsmart, I thought it would be removable like some other collars I was considering purchasing, but it is attached to a standard D ring, on which the bow tie is gathered. You could remove it, but you would need some pliers or a strong grip to do so. Although I was disappointed that there was no separate ring for an ID tag, I inserted it into the fabric band under the bell's D ring, and it looks quite Although the bow tie was stiff and starched, it wasn't really wide, so some cats may not mind it as much as bow ties on other If, however, you have a cat who is not tolerant of collars (like mine is), I would start with something a little lighter. It should be simple, without any unnecessary added ornamentation. Unlike other collar decorations and bowties, the collar bow tie is fixed in place and is not meant to slide or move around. Aside from that, the collar loses all stiffness the moment it gets wet. This happened after my cat got into a mess with the water bowl, and he pulled the bow through the fabric band in which it was tucked once he was It was pretty easy to stuff it back into place, but it is definitely flatter than when I first bought it. Initially, I had to pick up the bow tie at least three times after it fell down, but now, both from adjusting the collar and the tag ring in the band of the bow tie, it appears to have stayed in place since then. One final note on bow ties is that if the bow is not centered on the chest of the cat, they will instantly shift from masculine to feminine, particularly in floral prints. With regard to aesthetics, I appreciated that the buckle was placed next to the bow, which disguised its bulkiness, and together with the bell and ringtone I thought it was pretty appealing A bow tie weighing down the ID tag is fixed onto the collarbone of my male cat, save when he gets annoyed and scratches I like the collar as a whole. I really like the design, but it is thicker than some and it would be best if it were properly fitted to minimize accidents.
My slightly chubby cat is also able to fit the collar size. The material is He can lick the material intensively, so the material is durable enough to withstand his high speed. My interpretation is that the material used for the kimono isn't genuine. This collar is still a good one regardless of its flaws. In the event that it is actually kimono material, I do not think it will be tough enough to wear as a Moreover, it is a red color that is very beautiful to me. An example of a breakaway collar is I keep my cat indoors despite it being an indoor cat. It is important to us that the Breakaway collar remains. This collar does not use the common oval buckle you see on many breakaway collars sold at pet stores. This buckle looks mostly like a hiking bag buckle and is rectangular in shape. Although it is a breakaway collar, it uses triggers to deliver the signal. It felt like it was coming apart when I pulled The first time you open it, it can be a little tricky. But with enough force, it will open. In addition, my cat has removed it 3 times on his own. I thought it was going to be a breakaway collar, but it is not cheap. For a semi-large cat or if you would like a breakaway collar or are willing to spend money for a vivid color and good quality, this collar is a good choice. I might not get another one because of the cost, and I am also concerned that my cat might hide it somewhere I cannot find, so I'm not looking forward to purchasing another one.
That's a really cute collar, isn't it? I have this kind of collar on all my cats, but either this collar has a defective clasp, or my youngest cat has some unusually thick neck hair. As soon as he even thinks about running, the collar pops off. In an odd coincidence, another cat of ours went missing wearing this brand and style of collar, but when we found him a month after he went missing it was still on. Despite this, I would still purchase the collars from this brand for aesthetic reasons, as they make very unique and beautiful collars, however the clasps do not appear to be consistent.
was outside when she escaped, and when she came back, her collar with all of my contact information on it and nametag were gone and lost. Cat collars come off too easily, so now I not only have to replace the collar, but I also must replace her tag as well. Adding it all up, it comes to over $20. I do not recommend this, as it is not worth the money. The collar I get from now on will be a regular one.
The cat collars are well made and look elegant. This one has only been on my cat for a few days, so I can't say much about how well it's held up. My review will be updated if it appears to fall apart relatively quickly, but I don't expect that to happen. As well as the stitching, the fabric is also high quality. I'd like to make a special note regarding the bell for people getting this email. I don't seem to mind my cat wearing it, and neither do I. I find that it jingles more than other bell collars I have owned in the past. This makes it easier for me to track her. There is a good amount of force required to pry it off, so it won't come off easily like the bells on cheaper collars, but you can pry it off by exerting some effort. It is not a concern that my cat will remove it accidentally, but I have removed the bell on the other collar I bought because my mother's cat hates collars with bells on the end.
Since my cats have had it for quite a while now, their collars have been very hard on them - they are VERY stubborn. In a matter of hours, they would disappear, and within days, they would come to ruins. I like this because there are no snags and it doesn't come off easy enough to be practically A catch on something will result in it breaking off. Bells are annoying, so I removed them from my cats since they seem to freak them out.
