I would like to inform you that it is not possible to remove either the heart or bow tie. Your Pettsie team has designed this collar without a bow tie or heart.
I found it to be effective for my 7-year-old I have a Siamese who weighs 8lbs. Her experience with it has been over a year without any problems.

I am in a state of complete devastation A collar like this can be useful for your pets. I bought one for my cat. Two hours ago, I got it in the mail, put on the collar and she was fine. I went upstairs an hour later to find blood and blood all over my bedroom floor along with the collar lodged in my cat's mouth and she didn't know how to remove it. I couldn't get it out of her mouth and my husband wasn't able to get it off easily either. Our poor cat is now confined to the car at an animal hospital as we wait to hear if he'll be Buy it. DO NOT buy it. In the end, I decided to give the star, although I would have given the 0 stars if I could.
It was an absolutely must for me that these be amazing since I liked the idea of a cotton (i. e. There are softer) collars. It is a poorly constructed building. D rings for the ID tags are made of brass and came from the factory discolored. As I was replacing the collar, a stainless steel D ring from the collar I was replacing was used in place of the plastic D ring I had removed. I made a quick fix that shouldn't be required, but I needed it to work right away. I found that I couldn't fully adjust the collar to tight enough for them (both adults, both slightly overweight). Therefore, I removed the brand patch as the buckle wouldn't go over it. As far as adjustment is concerned, that's all there is. The size of this will be too big for any normal or skinny cat. Additionally, the little plastic ring designed to secure the fit (or limit the bulge of the double loop) is too big to be helpful and simply slides along the neckline. Both of my cats are comfortable and worn collars, so they are used to being collared. It is the first collar I have ever tried where both of them started fidgeting immediately, something I have never seen with any other collar before. The moment I got here I was disappointed- If you don't replace collars once a year, you should expect to have to do so in the coming months (typically, collars need to be replaced every few months).
As soon as I realized she was wearing cotton, I switched both the collar and harness. I took it off just a few hours after I put it on (the same with the In addition to being cute, it's well done. It looks as though she has even more princess-like features It's hard to believe that she has all this new fancy gear now! ) -I wore the bracelet on the first day to demonstrate that we matched, but she returned the gift without any interest. Adding the ability to tighten it even further or offering a wider variety of sizes would be one suggestion for improvement. Despite being set to the tightest setting, it appears to be a bit loose on Furthermore, when you tighten the neckline all the way, the print (synthetic) side covers the other half. Initially I was worried this would irritate that area of her neck, but she hasn't scratched yet after being in it for over a week. That is to be hoped for in the future.
As a result of the allergic reaction my oldest female had to the typical nylon collars you will find at pet stores, I started shopping for another type of collar. When I came across this one, I was very happy. Her collar had a heart on it, and I was worried it would be too large or heavy for her. However, it didn't bother her at all. Once I discovered these, I would only buy them for my little ones, only the best. They actually hold up (one is almost 5 years old) and when they get dingy, I simply break out a nail brush and classic dove soap, and they look just Shadow boxes also look very nice with them (I made a shadow box for my dog Charlie, then used his paw print, collar, pictures, and favorite toys to make a shadow box for him). The boy in the igloo is him.
(two months after it was last updated) This has been holding up wonderfully, with no fraying and has not fallen off once! The collar has been worn by my cat for a week now, and so far, it has held up beautifully (all the collars I've used previously have I haven't noticed any issues with my cat taking it off, because I keep it fairly loose and tested the clasp before putting it on her. These are two things that influenced my decision to purchase It interested me to know there was an all cotton collar after seeing it was an option, since my cat seems to be very sensitive to all things. an extra-long piece of fabric around the middle/main part of the collar, so I hope that it will reduce the risk of fraying. For me, the friendship bracelet is just an added bonus, and I would probably purchase the collar alone if that were possible.
Now that everyone has cleaned it up, it looks good. As soon as it came out of the box, this collar stank of chemicals so bad. I'll never be able to use it or give it to my cat. In view of how much it cost and how nice of an idea and design it is, I was disappointed. I guess natural isn't that natural after all. The fabric just can't make it through these days, so I guess I better stop buying it. We wouldn't recommend it if your pet or you are sensitive to fragrances and other things. I regret to inform you of this. Edit *br*br I was able to get the smell out using a mixture of baking soda, vinegar, and Dr. Bronner's! The harness is nice and comfortable, she doesn't seem to mind wearing it (even with a regular harness she'll buck off and throw a fit when she's not in the mood) but still prefers it off when she's sleeping. The collar fit my cat just right out of the box (I left it loose), though I can see how it wouldn't fit a cat with particularly large neck sizes, because it's a little chunky, but not particularly big (my cat's a regular tabby). The bracelet on the other hand, because of my thin wrists, required an additional loop which prevented the strings dangling way too much, which isn't a huge deal, but I find it to be a little comical. The washing made it durable enough for me, so I think it will last for a while. My cat is very solid like mine is, and it probably wouldn't work as a break for a young kitten or an elderly one. The clasp is a little tough to open, but I believe it will do for an adult cat who is pretty solid, like mine is.
The most important part of my life is my cat. I've always asked her to sleep on my lap because of how excited she gets at the sound of my voice. She loves the sound of my voice more than anything. Having my last cat in this combination made me cry for days. When my last cat died, I kept his collar and wore it like a bracelet. By doing this, I was able to resolve my original issue! Having an easy release is great because I had to modify the collar and she had no problem using She looks beautiful in it as well! The packaging and the fact that this was made with eco-friendly products and was comfortable made this an excellent choice for me. I hate plastic, so the fact that this was made with eco-friendly products was a huge bonus.
