This is a beautiful and unique piece I wanted something just like that for my cat. It is true that some of the reviews were negative. Knots do slip at times. Buying this is the second time we've done it. Our quiet kitty loves the tinkling sound of the bell and it helps my family keep a close eye on her so that she doesn't escape.
