It made me a little nervous when I got it since I've had bad luck with suction cups not being strong enough in the past. There's no problem with that with The perch won't budge, even though my cat is pretty big. We've moved it around a few times and it's held tight in each one. You have impressed me, sir! One thing to keep in mind, however, is that you cannot completely lower the blinds or close the drapes when you use them on a window. It should have been obvious from the pictures when I bought it, but I didn't think much about it After noticing I could not lower the breakfast room blinds on a cloudy morning, I then realized I could not do it. I guess it is what it is. As long as the cat likes it, then I like it too!.

It's sort of like that. This product was purchased by my daughter after reading one review that said it held fat cats. The cat may have been fat, but I don't know. We have a 15 lb fat cat, but it can't fit in there! As soon as we mounted his favorite window, he was up and running! Then he got comfy, and boom! We lost our fat cat along with the entire bottom! My husband got home first and we wondered if maybe we had installed it wrong--it's suction cups, so how could we have done that? We waited for him to get home and began installing it. put it on and we left it over night, thinking maybe this would help it stick to the window better. The next day Graycifur, our fat cat, got up there and laid It was only 5 minutes later that we heard the boom! It fell from the window as a whole. As I said, all of the suction cups failed this time. If you have a fat cat (15lbs or more), I do not recommend this product.

Despite being up for over a month now, it has never caused us any problems. There's nothing short of a big cat in my house. He weighs 13 lbs. This supports him no problem even though he weighs 5 lbs. Then he lies down for hours looking at the view. He jumps in and out of it several times per day. He seems so happy to have this, we are so glad we bought it for him.
