They were for the rats in my household who are extremely fond of They were in perfect condition when they arrived. Removed the bells as soon as possible - There is no concern for noisemakers, which is what I hate. It was quite simple to bend the looped bottom part of the central wire with my fingers, remove the bell, and then return the wire to its original shape. The wire may need a small pair of pliers if it is extremely stiff. I don't smell any odd smells, there are no splinters or any sharp objects in the wood. My concern is not so much for potential bird owners as it is for knowing for certain the dye is nontoxic. However, rats are sturdy and short-lived, so they do not pose as big a threat That's at least something, including the fact that the acrylic paint is not flaky. My preference is the style of the carabiner on top, but it is just a matter of I hung it from the top of the cage and set a box on the bottom level so that they could perch on the toy. Since the toy is somewhat long, it wasn't suitable for hanging from the shelf of a Midwest Critter Nation. We have up to this point been having a blast gnawing at the wood with our boys. My experience has been great so far.
There is nothing that I like more than my yellow double head. It took no time for him to begin chewing on it. There is a small amount of wood there, but it is workable. This set is one I plan on purchasing It is impossible to hear the bells because they are so small. In order to replace the little original cow bells, I used my older cow bells that came with other toys. They are much better.
The item was bought for the cockatiel, however when installed and placed in his cage the item didn't work There was a fascination between my African Grey and I have now put the second one in his cage, and he There is no indication whether it is the design or the color (even though he has already had colored toys given to him more than a dozen times), but he rarely plays with hanging toys, he is almost through them after There is a new pack in the works- He didn't stay there long even though it did not last- The picture means a lot to him,
so I had to take a picture of it. I am very happy with his and he is going to enjoy it for a long time. However, he likes to sit on it and chew on it like crazy.
It is a great treat for my birds. Although my Amazon appears to consume them very fast, my Cockatoo manages to keep them for quite a while.
To mow through the very first one, it took him 2 days (he destroyed $20 bird toys in less than a minute). Unlike Macaas, he will not play with toys made for him. He has a second one that I can rotate in as well, so it's easily one of the best I've purchased for the price.
A large size. One of them is slightly smaller than what I keep in my cage with my cockatiel, and it gets eaten quite
Does not easily fall apart. A friend of mine with a large parrot got the larger toy I gave. Toys such as these need a lot of space in the cage. These wooden toys have stood the test of time better than a lot of wood toys that have fallen apart within minutes.
As soon as I opened these, I was blown away. Their beauty is amazing! This is a great product at a fantastic price. My birds love it. What are the reasons why I should buy from somewhere else? I was delighted to find such a strong, colorful toy.
These brightly colored wood chews are available for a reasonable price at your local pet store. Chew toys traditional as far as they go. The female Goffin's Cockatoo drove right in and started chewing them apart after a couple days of gradual introduction. She is not the most voracious chewer, but she can chew these apart. After 3 days with them it appears they will last another 2 or 3.
