As of 2017, I ordered another one of the same perches, but clearly not from the same manufacturer or supplier, as the design is completely different. I ordered one two years ago and it was well made, but upon reordering in 2017, it was clearly NOT the same product. Here we are at the end of the line- Rather than using bare wire, the caps are made of cheap plastic, and the diameter of the perch is significantly smaller (it used to be 3/4"-" In addition, the thread covering for the main perch used to be a 1" diameter and now measures only 1/2"), and the thread fittings for the main perch are loose (possibly resulting in a choking hazard since pets and birds can get under it). It has an awful smell that doesn't go away even after several days of airing. Given that it is made in China and smells horribly, I am also concerned that the dye used on the fabric is also a chemical that can be harmful to birds if they are chewing and inhaling it. The item you are about to see can seriously harm your birds! Avoid it at all costs!.
The bungie ropes I bought are just as good as what I have purchased in the past for my boat and airplane. I have bought these types for the last 18 years. A macaw and a parrot from the Amazon rainforest. There is a short lifespan to these things birds chew and destroy them. It was hard for me to decide whether to order after reading some of the negative reviews and the cheaper price than I had been used to. You can get them for just as much as the pricier The cages I have aren't going to last a year, since I keep my parrots cage free except at night, but the enclosures are the same as those that are more expensive. Availability and price are both excellent if you have parrots. They used to make these a little stronger, mind you, but if you do, then you can't go wrong.

The rope is thicker than what I expected, but considering the price they're not bad. It has been a fantastic addition to the play area of my African Grey. Since getting out of his cage, he has now made good use of a climbing structure and is enjoying climbing and grabbing on to it. My Amazon loves it, but I ordered the large. It took my girl only a day to become accustomed to it. Having read another customer's reviews about the length, I'm glad I decided to order the large. It is true that it is not 94" long (not even close) uncoiled but it is very nice and thick, so it's probably not as long as 94". She already has 3 perches inside her cage, so this would be a good length for hanging on the side of her Crawling up and down and through it, sitting on it, and playing with toys is all part of her favorite life.
