Is it okay to wear these on Dachshund dogs?

There are too few of them. It is a dachshund that I have. There was no way her foot could fit in the sneaker. I still think they're a fun bird toy, though.

Come they with grommets, or do they come with plastic ones? What are the chances that my macaw will choke on one of these? Such a cute little thing! ?

There is no African grey in the house. My bird destroyed a toy from China shoes that I made out of small, Made in China shoes within three hours of receiving it.

The first thing you will notice is that they do not have metallic It may be that other reviews are getting them from another source. I'm not sure why others state this. The red shoe was placed in the cage on the first day. AG started growling at it, so I took it out of the cage and placed it near her cage for a couple of days, so she could take a look at it suspiciously. She poked it a few times in a corner of the cage on the floor after I placed it there. The minute she realized it would not kill her, she attacked and oh my goodness, she LOVED The entire shoe had to be torn apart in two days—there was nothing left but rubber and red bits on the bottom of the cage. The materials are not made to last, but I wasn't prepared for that. In a matter of days, my bird can cut through a $20 wood toy into splinters. Playing with long lasting acrylic toys doesn't seem to interest her. Therefore, $1 is a good price. There are 72 of them (six pack) and they are simply priceless. The yellow shoe prompted OHHHHHHHHHHHH when I showed it to her a moment ago. As I watch her destroying the sole, she is completely oblivious to my presence. There will be no turning back once these are in stock.

Do they pose any safety risks? To begin with, both my severe macaw and I love them! The laces tend to be put through tiny rings, but unfortunately I have no idea what kind of metal is used in making those rings

Toys such as these are loved by my Grey. It's no hyperbole to say that my parrots just love these foot toys (no pun intended). I am sure that my Grey likes them, even though they don't last that long.

To hang the sneakers over a cage bar or perch, I untie the laces and then tie two ends together (to mimic how you see sneakers outside draping over telephone lines)

Having a pair of sneakers is something my African Grey Parrot loves! Taking apart the laces and then fixing two ends together will help them hang more properly (like how you see sneakers outside hanging over telephone lines). When I do this, I also connect a bunch of colorful "C" links for birds and then hang a sneaker from the end. It is with great pleasure that she will meticulously pull up each link of her sneaker and destroy her "Converse" sneakers one by one. Her third batch of sneakers is on its way. It will be time to place another order for her next month. When a rubber sole wears out, it's always the first part to go. The sole of the sneaker is the only part of the shoe to be touched until she removes the whole sole. The rest is up for grabs after that.

Parrots around the world love it! My budgies seem to love to play with shoe laces, they will captivate them for hours on end

I had to buy these as soon as I saw Yep, that's right! It's a hit with them as well. It took my budgie two tries today to untie a double knotted lace. This is a pretty safe product, in my opinion. Most of the time, they are supervised when playing with them outdoors, so I have them outside their cage. It has been well thought out and designed down to the very last detail. It appears one of them has been given to my Senegal parrot. She has been pulling off chunks of plastic from Her food was stuck in her mouth and I had to take it out! It is probably best if I remove them from her in order to avoid her ingesting plastic or rubber. Making sure the little guys are taken care of.

The Conure loves them, but they are destroyed in an instant

These Sun Conure Skittles are absolutely adored by Skittles, she rips them apart as soon as she gets them. It is for this reason that their durability and toughness are low. It's not that I don't understand, but bird toys are meant to be destroyed, so I wish they were a little The price is also one of the best I have been able to find for these little shoes, so I will be ordering.

The perfect toy for your parrot! This toy is easy to chew and fun to play with

Shoes are a big obsession for my Senegal parrot. The ones he likes most are mine. As soon as I saw the package of colorful mini canvas and rubber tennies, I decided to take a chance. During the daytime when my husband and children are home working/ studying/ attending Zoom meetings, these shoes keep our parrot quiet for hours. His first goal is to chew off the rubber soles, then he proceeds to chew off Currently, I have 3 pairs of shoes suspended from a plastic link in his cage, and he has destroyed them over the past couple of weeks. The next time, I might buy more than one package.

Grommets made of metal are not used

The sneakers on this set are very popular with my African Grey, and this set does not have My boy loves them so much that I don't know if you get good value for your money. Even though the features were only 3 stars, I rated it 5 stars because he loves them. I think this is the kind of toy that a bird will love, especially if it is stuffed.
