It was essential I have a carrier to take my budgies to the vet to get their nails trimmed and a general check up. For a short trip, I decided it might be okay to take this box. If I had used a ruler, I would have been able to determine this! The box is way too small for a budgie to comfortably fit inside. There is nothing to hold onto that is solid and it seems very flimsy. The top of the lid doesn't open, so you have to open it from the side. Live and learn, then. Even though it was not a very expensive trip, I plan to return. The reason I bought 10 of them was I thought they'd get dirty and cardboard is hard to clean.
I bought it for transporting a few finches I breed, and I was able to fit three Personally, I've never considered buying travel boxes due to some previous bad experiences, but these ones are well worth the money, which is why I bought ten In addition to the price, it's hard to beat. As soon as I run out, I will buy more, and I will tell all my friends about it.
There is no problem with this little box being used for small animals. CRITTERS OF A SMALL SIZE. According to the description, hamsters, gerbils, and small birds are present. My eyes were squinting, unable to decipher the description well, as I searched for a cardboard carrier. There is a small box that would be more like a coffin for my sun conure if I have to take him to the vet for a nail trim. Unfortunately, I made a mistake. As thick and heavy as a cereal box, it is similar in thickness and weight. it would be adequate for a short trip, but most animals gnaw at cardboard, so I may have to use it for only a short distance The item must be used within a certain time frame. The price is zero, though You may be able to get away with 99. In addition to the Hagen Living World Pet Carrier, I also ordered another, relatively cheap carrier (the Hagen Living World Pet Carrier, Red/Grey) that will also work well.
There is such a great value in these. As I only needed a few items, I was able to purchase them individually. My finches will love it.
There is nothing more than flimsy in this box. My parrot is a green cheek conure, an extremely small parrot, but even following the instructions, I had to hold onto the ends to prevent her from pushing through. It's not worth the money I saved when Honey's safety is compromised by this product. It's not worth the money I saved when my Honey's safety is compromised. While it did the job, it came at too much.
Zebra finches or small birds will love the size. This is a very affordable way to give away carry cages to customers who forgot to bring theirs.
It is sturdy enough In my line of work as a parakeet breeder, I wanted something more professional looking to showcase I found that these were great and didn't stress them out. They can be easily stored (the flat design allows for easy storage and assembly). Using a staple, I attached my business card to the top of the box without damaging it.
